I've always had satisfactory service at this Kal-Tire location.
Everybody hates car repairs. They're expensive and inconvenient. I feel Kal-Tire has always made the effort to soften the blow. I've never felt ripped off or over charged, which is a big plus for a young woman who has zero knowledge of cars.
Ill use them again and again.

This horrible experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I hate to say this but I feel like if I was a man, they wouldn't of screwed me around so much.

This location helped me out with winter tires. Pros: They had reasonable service in terms of giving me my options, and they are located near a Starbucks so you don't have to wait in their 'showroom' while your vehicle is serviced. Cons: told me that I must have tire pressure sensors, then blamed me when the car didn't actually have pressure sensors (which I tried to tell them); two-hour... more

Brand new $3000 tires and setup.... They could never get the pressure sensor to work. Anytime I try to get my summer/winter tires changed it become a waste of a day (or two)....

Not worth my time, money or patience

Every time I go to Kal Tire I am impressed with the service of all the guys at the front counter and the speed at which they get my vehicle though the shop. Would recommend them to anyone looking for great tires and service.

I believed that I had just picked up a nail in my tread so I took it in for a quick repair. I go in thinking the tire needs a plug to stop the leak. Nope, I need a new tire because I drove on it too long with not enough air, my bad. I was quoted $425 to replace the tire but if I wait 5 days they can have the same tire cheaper by $45 (total $380). I call another tire place close by, the same tire, the same day at $355. they are a bit more expensive but worth every penny.

The service is excellent ane the employees are easy to deal with even if you have an issue with tires they sell. They will do what they can to make sure you leave happy with the product you bought.

Before I was in the door, an associate had my flat tire in his hand. He said that they were running a bit late and it wouldn't be done for a few hours, which was not a big deal. Less than an hour later I revived a call that it was done. Best part about it was that it was free! Thanks a bunch guys!
