Great Service, Fun & Training for your furry family member
This is a great place to take your furry family member.
I've been taking my italian greyhound here for over 3 years and cannot rave any more about the service and care. Jim & Vernessa the owners do a great job, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work.
Overnight care, daily dog day care, grooming and training have all been services I've used. Pepe loves it here! Getting to run around with his friends is fantastic, and when I'm traveling I hate the thought of putting him in a crate, or boarding. He is always in a great mood when I've picked him up, and I know he's getting a lot of activity in, including walks.
Take your dog here if you want good service, and fun environment for dogs, and friendly service from people who love what they do.
Casey & Stuart LUV K9 to 5
Casey & Stuart , Wheaton Terriers have stayed many times, overnight. They love the place. They play all day and when they come home they have had more exercise than we could ever give them. Thanks for taking such good care of our dogs!
Great experience
I have used several places in the past for grooming, but K9 to 5 is the best by far. I will continue going there for grooming. My dog loves it there! I know, because they gave me a picture of her having fun in the bathtub!
Rocky Loves K9 to 5!
My little Taco Terrier loves going to K9 to 5! He starts whining with excitement as soon as we are on their street. I know he is treated really well there because he is always so happy to see the staff. Rocky usually goes for some play time once or twice each week. Jim has been really helpful by discussing doggy behaviour, so I now have a better understanding of my little guy. So glad to have a great service like this just five minutes from home. Thanks K9 to 5!

nothing best the very best...
I'm not sure about the other review or what their specific issues were, but we've taken our dog to K9to5 in Newmarket for years -- first for "puppy manner" classes and then obedience classes after that, have had K9to5 overnight sit her when we were on vacation, occasionally we have her there for a few hours ( short term daycare ) and we even take her there to have her nails done a few times a month!!
We have never received anything short of OUTSTANDING service and attention across the board -- they treat our dog as if it were their own -- she LOVES going there for "play dates" and the staff is top notch.
Not recommended
My dogs picked up bad habits after they started going to K9 to 5. They often smell bad at the end of the day. The staff at K9 to 5 actually allow dogs to eliminate inside. K9 to 5 brags about being award-winning in Newmarket, only because they have no competition in the area. There is no information on what kind of award they have received.
