Can be good or bad, depending on who is working

Perfect Pizza for Moving Day
July 16, 2014Great pizza at Jim's! Totally satisfied very hungry movers - even my mother, who does not like pizza, had a second piece. So nice to have tasty pizza without having grease all over the box and your hands. Will definitely go back!

Great Pizza + More
July 03, 2014With a lot of chains in Vernon (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Panago Papa Murphy's etc.) Jim's Place is sometimes overlooked. Jim's Place is much more than your average pizza parlour. They offer so much more; I'd strongly consider taking a look at the broad menu. It can be cramped when you walk in (especially at rush hours) but this does not... more

Jim's Place is on 32nd. Street, half way up "Vernon Hospital Hill", going towards Kelowna.
There's a parking area and a small patio.....
When you walk in the door, you get the aroma of fresh Dough Cooking, and it's like heaven!
"Little Italy" comes to mind! We are - were amazed by the display of piping hot

Dropped in around lunchtime to grab a slice. A couple of 'slice' possibilities were proffered - Pepperoni & Mushroom, or Ham & Pineapple. I opted for the Pepperoni. It was a large, solid slice of good-old-fashioned "Canadian style" pizza with a medium thick chewy crust. Quite substantially topped! And tasted just fine.

Best Pizza

We love the both the gluten-free & regular pizza! We travel from Winfield to Vernon just to have pizza. They have the best soft Icecream and a gluten free waffle.
The staff are for the most part really friendly and helpful!

Gluten free son VERY happy
February 23, 2013We found Jims Place by googling vernon restraunts that were gluten free. My son was THRILLED! He's 7 years old and cant have gluten. It was a bit pricey, but defenitely worth it. Our regular pizzas were just as delicious!

the worst pizza ever
April 30, 2012as the only Pizza place that offers gluten free pizza, there really wasn't an alternative...so I ordered the gluten free for myself and a 2 for 1, Jim's Special for my husband...they arrived on time no problem there..but only one of the 2 for 1 pizzas arrived and this is what really got me..the pizzas were pre made then frozen,... more

2 Hours for 2 pizzas that never came

We ordered 2 pizzas at 4:10pm for delivery. I called at 5:10pm and Jim's place said the pizzas were on their way. Called at 6:10pm...2 HOURS after placing the order.... and the pizzas were never made.
They did offer to pay for them and have them delivered in 25min, but I don't understand why they couldnt have figured out that...
