We just had a new roof installed
We just had a new roof installed by Jay Carter Roofing. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience. The workers were very considerate & professional. We would definitely recommend Jay Carter Roofing to friends and family.
I'm writing to you in regards to Jay Carter Roofing
I have a building on the corner of Ave Rd and Davenport that needed a new roof but was a very complicated job as the Hydro wires were 3 feet from the building and traffic was a major concern. I had more than 15 roofers look at the job and not one was interested, everyone of them told me it was the most complicated roof job they have ever seen! All this being said Jay told me he could do the job and then presented me with a quote that was very fair. His company did an amazing job that was well organized on time and budget. Had it not been for calling Jay Carter Roofing that day my roof still may have not been done! If anyone needs a referral for a roof I would strongly suggest they contact Jay Carter Roofing

After hearing several good remarks from previous customers of Jay Carter Roofing I had decided to use them as my roofing contractor. The job that was done left me speechless. My new roof is excellent. Not only did the quality and look of my roof exceed expectations so did the service that was provided. I was constantly informed. Jay Carter Roofing had sent follow ups and reminders every step of the way. I knew that if any issues arose they would be addressed immediately. The crew members assigned to my job were polite, worked in a time efficient manner and did a spectacular job with regards to clean up. I sincerely recommend Jay Carter Roofing to any individual looking to get their roof done.
Jay Carter Roofing is one class act!!
When I experienced a leaking roof, I contacted a number of roofing companies. The one that treated me best was Jay Carter Roofing. They were quick and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my roof, with a written report and digital photos. And because my roof was in bad shape, they provided an estimate to replace it. Jay explained everything to me without any pressure and answered all my questions. When I gave them the go-ahead, they arrrived when they said they would, put out big tarps and sheets of plywood to protect my house and grounds, and they were all in uniform and safety gear. The job they did was first rate. And they cleaned up everything before they left. Not a nail or piece of shingle to be found. I have already recommended Jay Carter Roofing to friends and family and I would encourage anyone having a roof repair or replacement to put them at the top of their list. I am writing to tell you how pleased we have been with the services of Jay Carter Roofing. Although we originally made the decision NOT to go with them based simply on price, Jay and his team impressed me upon our initial meeting. I kept thinking of them and eventually made arrangements for them to replace our roof in Meaford.
I am extremely pleased that I made the decision to work with JCR as Jay's team were professional, neat, and quick. They did an awesome job and were able to please a very "picky" client (me). Jay kept me informed as to the progress of the roof itself, and before that, the expected start date, necessary decisions to be made, etc. Many neighbours have asked me who the contractors are who did the work, where they are from, etc. and deliver many compliments regarding the look of the house, the ability of the roofers and the proficiency with which they worked. I found the grounds surrounding the home very clean after the job, which in my experience with other roofers, is not the norm.
Over all, the message that I would like to leave you with is that you made an excellent choice in "partnering" with JCR and Jay's team. Their professional attitude is a positive reflection on State Farm and supports the positive relationships that I am sure you are hoping to foster with your valued clients. I thank you for putting us in touch with them and I hope that both your companies enjoy a positive relationship with each other and your shared clients.

April 29, 2011Our salesman Robert Crowe was very attentive, friendly, & professional. The crew completed the job in one day, and had everything cleaned up as well. The inspector was also very professional & friendly. We have no complaints and would gladly recommend to anyone that needed a new roof!

Jay Carter Roofing inspected my roof, gave me a written report with photographs an estimate to do the work. There was no question the roof need to be stripped and replaced. They arrived when they said they would, ready to go and stayed until the job was completely finished. When they were gone, the place was immaculate and the roof looks great. Roof Inspection and Repair
March 18, 2009Jay Carter Roofing diagnosed and repaired a section of roof that was leaking. A number of other companies came out, looked at the roof and never came back. I was impressed with Jay Carter's thorough approach, detailed report and speedy repair.
