I used to love coming here for lunch. Good burgers, tasty rice side dish, attentive service...
I'm not sure if ownership changed at some point but it hasn't been the same recently. The food quality was still decent when I went in June but the service is no longer memorable and the owner no longer a staple of the place....

Always seen this place and wanted to try it and finally got my chance last Sunday. We were greeted right away and after a bit of a wait we were seated by a very quiet hostess who was dressed quite inappropriately. She then proceeded to clean tables which resulted in her skirt coming up all the time since it was... more
We have been regular customers for years! The menu is consistent and so is our great service. The girls are awesome and do their best to remember you each visit. This is our home away from home. The food is all fresh homemade goodness and you can tell the difference from the mozza sticks to the amazing dressings. With new... more
Best food in the city of London! I will never go anywhere else for a burger! The music was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Cannot wait to return! Our meal arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Highly recommend!!
The food was tasteless. The waitress spent more time of her phone then actually working. The place is a bit of a dive and news some updates, especially being in Downtown London. If you are looking for 'pub grub' that is priced accordingly and you don't care much for service, this would be the place for you.
I go to JDees a lot. The food is amazing. The T Burger is one of my favourites, but all of the sandwiches are great. The honey dill salad dressing is delicious. We go there a lot when there are functions at the JLC/Budweiser Gardens, as it is right across the street.
Staff is rude and not attentive to the customers.
Food was grease, bland, overpriced and definitely will not return or recommend to family and friends.
This one is a big NO NO
We go to J Dee's quite often before Knights games or other events at the Bud. You do need to get there early as it fills up quickly. The food is always good except for the chicken wings. Tried to like them but they are just bad. The fries are so good though so that makes up for it. The... more
sat for at least ten minutes and was obviously noticed by three different staff members and still couldn't get served.... so we just left and will not return
I'm with the other reviewers, the food is pretty *meh*. The menu was fairly burger focused so you'd think they can do good ones right? Nadda, the burger I cannot even remember whether it was turkey or chicken it was just over cooked dreck. My bun was borderline damp the salad was put on a separate plate that was placed... more
First time visit...
Found a long hair in my salad..ok no biggie asked for fries instead....flipped over my fries found a dark black hair and a long hairs infused in my fries for the second time. I asked to speak with owner he was pretty arrogant and condescending . He didn't do much but comp the fries. I wanted to...

Love the burgers here. Every time we want a great burger and a beer we head down to J. Dee's. love, love, love.
This restaurant showed so much promise - great location downtown near the Covent Garden Market and Budweiser Gardens - wooden floors and neon lights, large booths near big front windows. The waitress was friendly and the service was good.
Sadly, the positives stopped there. The hamburger patties were so thin, each burger was easily 90% bun, 10% meat, and quite...

We asked for the music to be turned down as the speaker was above our heads and we couldn't hear the people across the table talking. the owner would not turn it down. then we asked to be moved from under the speaker to an empty table away from the speaker and were not accommodated, then the owner told the... more
The service was great.
The BBQ beef on a bun was so tough when I tried to bite a piece it all fell onto my lap. Soooo tough it was disgusting.
The banana split desert was excellent
I have eaten here before and the food was great and service was great. I went there on July 29/10 and they had increased their prices on everything, which I was not happy with considering the HST just came into effect. I ordered "chicken fingers" from the menu because it was less than $10 (not much is). When the food came it was less than the size of a kids meal and my immediate reaction to the... more
We visited JDee's before a Knights game. The place was packed and once we tasted the food we knew why. It's going to take 10-15 visits to get through all the great burgers. My wife had a salad that even looked good to me.
