Recently purchased a futon bed for the kids playroom. Very affordable and nice quality. The staff were helpful. Lots of colours to choose from. The kids found it comfortable to sleep on. I will recommend Ikea to everyone.

Not only are their products cheap and reliable, their services are also exceptional. Free diapers, free baby food when you buy an adult meal, and for family day, free kids meals. Let me tell you, I got some nice trees for just $8-$12, and some LED lightbulbs for a really good price.

I needed a new bed frame for a visiting international student. This was pretty cheap, easy to assemble. I would recommend buying a mattress topper if you buy a mattress at IKEA, they aren't that comfy.

We bought a nice basic kitchen from Ikea. Was easy to assemble and the value for the money was great. Was relatively worry free once we found someone to help us out, and considering the number of parts we were happy to get almost all of it in one visit.

I purchased IKEA laminate flooring and hired their installer to come and install the flooring. They did an excellent job and left my place in beautiful condition. All the edges and tiny details are perfect.

I recently purchased a tv bench where I would be able to place my CD/DVD collection along with my tv. The store has lots of choices in styling, fabric and color. The one we got was the brown leather couch and the seats were super comfortable. Nice showroom which gives you idea of mixing and matching with other furnitures. Staff members were helpful and informative.

There wasn't a great selection for shelving units. I bought a couple of shelves even though I didn't really like them because they were too large and when I returned home to put them up on my wall I found out that they didn't come with screws included - something that wasn't clearly noted on the product at time of purchase.

Great style, easy installation, looks fantastic, excellent light, however, there needs to be better quality bulbs included. We have replaced 3 of 4 in a short time The replacement bulbs are very expensive, however, they do install rather easily!

We selected and planned our new kitchen three years ago with Ikea in Coquitlam. We are very happy three years later with the classical look of the cabinets and the quality of the product. Once the installation of the cabinets was completed, the flooring, electrics and plumbing were completed in a timely fashion by the company we were recommended by the Ikea staff.

Bought a dresser from Ikea. The finish was great but the parts for the assembly did not quite line up and fit in to place properly. We had to improvise slightly with some carpenters tools.

We bought the ekeskog couch at ikea for an amazing deal at 700.00, which was well below the asking price (the couch slip cover was being discontinued) We love the couch! We ordered our selected shelves, desks, etc. with two different colours. When we got them, we realized they came in same colour. Then we returned for exchange, after waiting for long time in line for customer service we got another one. When we got home, we realized some small parts were missing. It was quite a hassle!

I make a trip to Ikea everytime I come to Vancouver from Kelowna. I find that they have the most innovative, creative ideas for everyday living. I often purchase products like cheese graters, bag clips etc. from them because nobody else has anything like it. The products also withstand the tests of time. Absolutely love IKEA!! The Coquitlam store even has great parking.

We bought a whole bedroom set that would of killed my husband and I to transfer into our car and bring it to our basement suite. The delivery men that worked for Ikea did an exceptional job such that they were very efficient and careful with all the furniture.

Ikea gives lots of design ideas at low prices. Some of their stuff is really chinzy. The sales people aren't particularly knowledgable, available or friendly. Some of the higher end items are overpriced. The store is like a maze and easy to get lost.

Being first time homeowners, and at the same time having very expensive designer taste, I have found that IKEA was the best fit for our needs. Style savvy furniture, that really is no worse quality than what you find at most stores these days. They stand behind their products and it's always such a fun and inspiring shopping experience to visit their showrooms.

At IKEA the sales staff was kind of aloof they were nowhere to be found. I needed help finding the fixture but instead I had to locate it myself. When I go IKEA, I usually find the experience pleasant so I would definitely come back again but I truly wish there was more staff on hand.

When I walk in IKEA I know that it will take a lot of time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor makes the environment pleasant and the also offer food at the cafeteria. It's good place to bring children and family. And my favorite thing to buy there is the masssive selection of accessories.
