Some of the worst costumer service I have ever received in my life. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to answer any questions. Also management was in denial about everything when confronted. Avoid this Humani-T location!

BOGO medium gelato for City Harvest today. I got the cheesecake gelato, it was meh. But the pistachio was awesome. Busy and loud downstairs but empty and quieter upstairs.

I wish I lived closer to this location, as I prefer it to closer-to-home South Park cafe. The balcony space overlooking trees on Agricola, the art, the comfy seating nooks all add up to a very welcoming and relaxing space. I'm a fan of the muffins, ice cream, and the tea selection.

The ice cream / gelato was nothing short of fantastic, very rich and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick ice cream

Both locations of the cafe are amazing! Each one has its own little vibe BUT in neither of them do you feel rushed to get up and leave (unless you popped in for takeaway coffee/gelatto . Their gelatto is so yummy and their chai latte is great (they make it from scratch themselves. The owners as so friendly. Definitely worth it, it's great supporting local businesses and this is one of the best.

Love this place. I pretty much go here everyday for my coffee and it's always my first choice for a place to meet up with friends. Staff are great and the food is really good. I recommend the strawberry scone.

The actual product is pretty delicious (the gelato) but I was pretty shocked when I saw the price, 10 dollars for a single person serving of gelato doesn't make me want to frequent this place, although it's good for an occasional treat

The gelato is weak and obviously from a mix. Other desserts were mostly pretty mediocre. It's above average in selection for certain items but the quality of those items is little more than passable. If you want to try some very good gelato try Fox Hill Farms on the Seaport Market.

Don't get me wrong. I love their Skor Bar Lattes but I'm not a fan of this particular location.
I much prefer the location on South Park St. It's far more brighter and just feels more energetic, while this location feels kinda drab. So while this location is not a fave and I probably won't go back to it, I'm still a fan of the South Park st spot.

Halifax has no better spot for healthy cafe-style hangouts to grab a tea or coffee, lunch and maybe even some homemade gelato. I love getting their veggie wraps toasted (filled with lentils and veggies....mmm spicy and warm). Best atmosphere for reading a book, hooking up to wifi or meeting a friend! I popped in to try the tea and it was just the push I needed to bike back to the South End.
