Based on the review of prior guests, I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights but found rather disappointing. Photos on its web look nice, but room is old and small. Staff is OK.

A beautiful hotel located in the center of old Quebec. The service was outstanding and the rooms were beautiful. Be prepared to pay $22 a day for valet parking. There is basically no other choice. Otherwise, i highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed three nights and toured the city by walking from this hotel. It's at a great location, and staff is very friendly. Pool and sauna are also very nice and family friendly.

Xmas travelling

I went to Quebec City with my sister from 22th to 25th. The hotel was close to main attractions and had resturants around, which was really convenient to visitors like is who did not hv car.The staffs of the hotel were nice, always responded us with friendly attitudes! The room was fine too. I would choose this hotel if I were going to Quebec again.

We booked online with Travelocity and got a good discounted rate.

The rooms were all updated recently and very clean. The place is nice and the staff was very kind and helpful especially because they speak both French and English! The valet parking is a good accommodation as was the free wifi. The heated pool was nice although they didn't have a hot tub.

Hotel Manoir Victoria

Beautiful hotel with all one needs. It is in walled city and walking distance to everywhere. Parking is directly next door, fee. The doorman, desk staff, and staff in general were most helpful, they spoke English. This hotel has a lovely pool and spa which most do not have in the city. Do not hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Great Location

This hotel is in a great location in Old Quebec. It is within easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions and has an abundance of good restaurants in the two to three block area around it. It is a nice clean hotel, good friendly staff, but the restaurant in the hotel itself is quite expensive.

Im never critical or fussy about things. But for $200 a night I thing everyone deserve better, atleast the room what we got with one double bed. We both are 6ft plus and were not able to fit in the bed. I was disappointed to find 22 stairs to get up to the lobby. I have very bad knees and do not navigate stairs well. To my surprise, 2 hotel employees came down and carried our 5 suitcases up the stairs. Three of the suitcases weighed close to 50 lbs. very romantic quebec city

Our first trip to the Old City in Quebec. Like a foreign country within driving distance of New England. The French language, french cooking, and french ambiance made it all very romantic and pleasant. The prices for everything were very affordable. Can't wait to go again.

The view from our room wasn't great, but the hotel was in the heart of Old Quebec City within walking distance of everything. Service was spectacular, the valets were AMAZING, and I will seek out this hotel again next time I travel to Quebec City.

I was at the Saint-James restaurant on Saturday, Feb. 28 celebrating my sister 50th birthday with family and friends. What a disappointment that was.
