This was my second stay at this hotel. Most hotels in Quebec city are in Old Quebec and are either very expensive or low quality. The hotel is so old. The staff was pleasent but the atmosphere was horrible. The walk to old Quebec was about 45min away. If going there make sure you request a room with a garden view we had the first floor and the view was our parking lot. Overall I am quite satified with the conditions and cleanliness of this hotel. My only complain was that we had to carry luggages to 3rd floor using stair as there is no elevator. Would recommend this hotel to others though.

Clean, economical and convenient

Good value, but only if you have a car

We very much appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the fact that the breakfast, although meager, was offered for a full 5 hours, from 6 to 11 A.M.

I hated the hotel

The rooms smell really bad. The location isn't good. The air conditioner didn't work properly: it was noisy and broken. The windows had problems and didn't open properly. The photos of the website do not correspond to the reality.

Very quiet, clean.

Although it was alittle out of the way from Old Quebec City, I was pleased with the friendliness of staff and the quiet,clean atmosphere. Free, secure parking was an added bonus.

It's kinda like a motel 6

Room was tiny and dingy ... let's put it this way the bathroom was about the same size as the bedroom... but rommier since there is no bed.

The guy at the desk was not very nice, the breackfast was less than basic and the room was just correct.

Roomy suites, plain breakfast

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and during the length of our stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it was roomy. There is no elevator, which may have posed a problem if we could not carry our luggage to the third floor. The hall was very narrow as well.
