Immaculate, modern, amazingly comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were incredible as well, particularly Justine. Justine did everything under the sun to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Which, it was. I fell in love with this hotel.

Very nice hotel for a fair price. The room was clean for the exception of hairs left in the bathtub. Also, water leaked out of the glass shower due to badly sealed joints. Breakfast was slim on choice, but having it served at the door was interesting. Furthermore, we were well greeted at the front desk upon arrival.

The above being said, we would definitely stay there again.

Almst perfect

A great small hotel. Staff very helpful, and rooms very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Only negatives are parking (in lot across the street - spaces not always available), and breakfast. While it is convenient that it is delivered to your room each morning, it is pretty much the same each day, and not too exciting.

Very pleasant hotel

Excellent interior design and top-notch equipment in room. Very comfortable and pleasant. Elegant restaurant attached to hotel, with excellent service. Keep in mind that there is no normal vehicle access at front door. Your car may have to be driven into alley beside hotel to drop off luggage.

Great Getaway

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in Mid-April. We were able to walk all over Old Quebec, as the hotel is at the foot of the hill. Our room had a king bed.Small but efficient bathroom. Bathrobes and an umbrella were available for use in the room. Breakfast provided in the bag hung on a hook outside the door was filling.

Lovely Experience

We were very pleased. The location is very good - looking out at the water, right at the corner of St. Paul, which has sevceral shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. All spoke English and French. The room was comfortable and quiet, towels were soft and thick, very nice assortment of toiletries, tasty breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Just about everything - great location, very nicely decorated, friendly/helpful staff, very clean, luxe feel, very quiet, restful, reasonable price.\n\nOff site parking which was an additional charge was the only thing that was a slight inconvenience, otherwise absolutely no complaints.

What an incredible value in a small hotel! Located across from the Marche at the Vieux Port in an area that is full of high quality antique stores and fashion retail. It is in the lower town, but a street behind the hotel takes you the upper town. A bus stop for the Ecolobus (small electric bus that navigates the upper town) is right next to the hotel.

This is an adorable boutique hotel facing across the street from the wall of quebec city. The location was great and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay there this past weekend. If you are using your GPS to try to get there you may not be able to find the address. That's what happened to us and when we picked a nearby landmark that fixed the problem. Amazing Hotel - Great Staff

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel des Coutellier on June 28, for his birthday. The staff were sooo amazing, friendly, and helpful.
