We stayed for three weeks in the hotel following relocation to Canada. The quality of customer service and care was the best that I've ever received - from front desk, to cleaners to staff in the complimentary dining area.

The proximity to our Canadian office was incredible. I could walk to the office. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The fact they had kitchenettes was a big plus. It was like I had a my own condo so I could eat in if I wanted too and did! Good service will book there again.

We were extremely happy with this hotel. You have your own little bachelor pad complete with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes/cutlery. Stayed here as it was convenient and close to where I needed to be. As top tier member, received a bit of an upgrade, but nothing spectacular. That being said, I think rooms are mostly similar.

We had an excellent stay because of the quietness and comfort of the suite plus an excellent hot breakfast. Staff were very helpful trying hard to get us 3 rooms in close proximity. Pool is salt water and well equipped with towels . Location is close enough to QEW highway and to restaurants and late night clubs in the mall.

Home away from Home

By far the best hotel service in my buiness travel. I stayed with them at 2006-2008 and my current stay in July of 2014 and they have kept there top service. Every thing from Room to service to Food is great.

Very nice hotel, great service, awesome location, and just loved the kitchenette in my room with the utensils and glasses supplied. Only problem I had was the pillows not very comfortable but just a minor detail.

very close to family Which was reason for visit

We Spent all our time with family and did not use the visibly good facilities. We were very pleasedc with the 5.00 am breakfast as this enabled us to reach Highway 400 before the traffic built up.
