The hotel is a older and could use a bit of a facelift. Rooms are clean though there was a bug on the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Not much of a fitness room. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people. Each room had a king size bed only, and they wanted us to sleep 3 people in each king size bed. Just stay for a night

Clean and spacious room. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy and smooth. Good value for the price.The only negative thing was the occupants of the nearby room. There were a bunch of girls who were really loud till 3 a.m. It drove me nuts.

holiday inn quality: clean, basic, same everywhere in the world. No special facilities. Rather convenient to stay one night as start for a cross country trip. Far from the city center. Restaurant without culinary quality. You do not eat but feed yourself at a price.

Absolutely the worse hole in the wall...smoke permeating from staircase , someone else's hair on your pillow, Resturant person wants to add her own tip for two people, pathetic food, go anywhere else....it can't get lower than this. Empty and inadequate

Hotel is a very odd place. No real restuarant...I mean its more of a dark room with a bar...feeling like you're in a basement. Some Updates since last September

I was back at the Holiday Inn, Mississauga for 4 nights. One thing I have noticed is that they finally got rid of the old tube tvs and installed nice Samsung flat screens.
Other than that, same people working the same desk. Friendly and basically helpful.

Great Stay

Perfect hotel with neat and clean rooms.... comfortable beds, very near to the square one. I had a good stay and would definately recommend others for its convenient location and comfotability. Rent a car facility is very near to the hotel vicinity. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Good airport service

Clean room, comfortable bed and parking on site for anyone leaving their vehicle while away on vacation. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very friendly.
Lots of near by restaurants, Tucker's Market, Swiss Chalet etc.,
Even tho this Holiday Inn is about 15 minutes from the airport it's worth it for the savings.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn on more than a few occasions and it is always a pleasurable, relaxing stay there. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Staff were warm, courteous and helpful. I will choose to stay at this hotel each time I need a place to stay in Mississauga :)

Excellent service!

Carolyn and Natasha at the front desk made my stay fantastic! They were so kind and helpful. The hotel is very easy to get in and out of, and it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. One of the two elevators was out of service, and that was very inconvenient.

Had business in City so decided to come back to Holiday Inn Mississauge. Again excellent stay Staff very accommodating, rooms clean. Thank you to all the staff. Check in was prompt and staff greeted with a smile. Housekeeping staff always asking if you need anything. This is a home away from home.

I know that seems strange, I'm picking on the hallways. Well to be honest the room was great. Clean, comfy bed and nice. The hallways had room service left over in two places near the elevator, it was there Saturday night at like 9pm and was still there at noon the next day.

Relaxing stay

I was really tired because I spent the weekend visiting my father in the hospital. I was to leave Monday so basically spent Sunday evening in bed. Yes, the beds in this hotel are better then the new ones one would buy at a mattress store.

Air Canada booked this hotel since my flight at Pearson was cancelled and I had to overnight. I came in fairly late at night. The door to the hotel office was open behind the desk and it looked haphazard and messy. The hotel felt dated and worn.

Stayed here with 12 families of a basketball team. Staff was awesome. Very accomodating.
Allowed us to stay on same floor with no other guest around so we didn't disturbe anyone.
