Good hotel for a short stay

We stayed for one night at this hotel. Everything was clean, bed was comfy. The hotel was undergoing renovations but only in the tower. The shower/tub was hard to drain and leaked a bit of water - but other than that, nothing big to report. There was a pool and the rooms had a balcony.

Not bad
August 15, 2014For being under a large amount of construction it was still a nice hotel to stay at. Clean room and comfortable bed, which is really all that matters for a one night stay! Highway traffic wasn't too bad. Then again, I was up at 4:30 AM so missed most of it!

Very good mall
August 15, 2014This hotel is very good it's near fairview park mall there's a indoor and outdoor pool at this hotel the rooms were great. July 04, 2014It should be mentioned when booking that there are major renovations been made to the hotel, It was a very unpleasant stay, I am glad it was only for one night. Considering the price paid, I did expect more from the Holiday Inn. The front desk staff were the only saving grace.

Beautiful accomodations - great staff and service

Beautiful place- great personal service- a place to have a staff party where the atmosphere, food and accomodations surpass your expectations!
We host our annual Christmas Party at the Holiday Inn and we have no complaints.
Hivi our personal planner had everything prepared to our satisfaction.
The newly renovated rooms were lovely.

Very busy and not prepared

Beds are comfortable. Not overly impressed by this hotel stay. Rooms were not ready on time. Did not get the requested room. Put too close to the hiway behind and it was noisy. Our toilet did not flush properly. For the rate we paid, I would not go again.

Good room
March 10, 2014We were actually sent to here as the hotel I orginally booked could not provide room for us. The room was spacious and the bedding was in good quality. The free wifi signal was strong. The hotel was far away from the downtown Kitchener, it took at least 10 minutes by car.

One of the best Holiday Inn I've visited
February 06, 2014Stayed over four weeks for business and never had any concerns. The staff are welcoming, friendly and engaging. Property is older but is kept clean and immaculate.
