Ottimo hotel nulla da dire, camere spaziose e pulite colazione molto buona(non consigliato per la visita di Toronto poichè è un po distante e raggiungibile solo con auto in una strada ipertrafficata) ma secondo le mie esigenze sicuramente consigliato!

Absolutely unacceptable

Arrived around noonish/1:00pm with a pre-paid confirmed for late arrival reservation. Traveled for work.
Pros:
Dependable internet.
One of the nicest showers/baths I've had in a hotel.
Good bed.
Nice desk, with a nice station for charging and hooking laptops to the TV.

Pricey for the quality but no major issues

A bit pricey for the quality of rooms and comfort level. Looks good from the outside but not quite as maintained indoors. Carpets were in need of vacuuming. Beds were okay but not all that comfortable. Door to washroom was dirty with stains. Not all that modern. For the price was expecting more but all in all hotel was decent. Staff was friendly and efficient. Included breakfast was above average.

Fantastic hotel

Room was very spacious. We ended up two rooms: One with two queen beds for my sons, and a king bed suite.
Rooms are very spacious and well maintained.
Breakfast was included with the room rate and was tasty and plentiful.
We did not get a chance to try out any other facilities, but would definitely recommend this hotel.

Intense Female Security Guard

After a beautiful day at a friends wedding the female security guard greeted the guests coming off the shuttle bus with an advanced warning that we will be punished if we are too loud. Considering the group of respectful wedding attendees were between the ages of 25-65, most being tired after a long day, this warning was completely unnecessary.

When turning on the air conditioning unit there was a horrible musty smell.....it needs to be cleaned and serviced. The breakfast was poor.

Total Disappointment

Fitness centre has 3 items - no room and very hot with no circulation, pool is seasonal, the room smelled badly - very basic breakfast. I have used this chain many times - this stay for business was totally disappointing - I will stay at the neighbouring hotel next time. Curtains have been changed to pole top and do not close together...basic, cheap but expensive to stay

With this hotel, you get what you expect. It is nothing fancy but it is modern, clean and the price is about what I expected too. Desk staff friendly. Great location, right by 401. I have stayed more than once and I will continue to chose this hotel if I need to stay in this area.

Rooms basic, towels basic, as for breakfast.....! paper cups and plates -! self serve soggy rehydrated scrambled egg, very very odd sausages..... no never again really awful. I cannot recommend this place unless you have really no where else to go and are so drunk you will not notice.

Great Stay

I stayed at this location over the weekend and had an amazing time! We were only there for one night, but everything was great!! From the friendly front desk to the tidiness of the room; we enjoyed ever bit of our stay here and will come back to this hotel next time we're travelling through this area!

Never Again

Stayed for one night after our wedding, room smelt like smoke, the front desk never answered the phone, phone call at 430am? We needed a wakeup call at 7am not 430. Never Again will we stay at a Holiday Inn. Plus the room was almost $200.

Fabulous service

All staff very friendly, front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast staff...everyone!! The rooms were clean and comfy - firm and soft pillows The breakfast was yummy, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, bagels, coffee, fruit. Tv had lots of options.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Good location, right across from some fast-food places, adjacent to a food court, and a couple of restaurants. Excellent breakfast restaurant across the road, but the included breakfast is A-OK.
Very easy access on and off Hwy 401. Rooms are quiet and nice, with comfortable, clean linens, nice bathrooms. Very good value.

Standard HIE fare, which is good

We were at a baseball tournament and I used my points for a free night's stay. We were welcomed in, and in our room in no time. The continental breakfast was fresh and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I always find the Holiday Inn to be clean and a safe bet.
