Good hotel but far too overpriced for area and services available at hotel

Nice hotel close to meeting place

Hotel was comfortable and clean. It was fairly quiet, given the proximity to the highway. The location was well suited for where I had meetings. Pool was nice but the fitness equipment was not in good repair.

First appearance it's okay, needs updating. Look a little closer and it's nothing to be desired. Room cleanliness is poor, no staff late night it early morning. Breakfast staff and selection was good.

Good location for wedding in Burlington.

Checked in and was given smoking room that smelled terrible. Staff was able to easily change us to similar non-smoking room...thank goodness! Needed a corkscrew one evening and one was not available. Pleasant staff made up for inconveniences.

The facilities were ok. Staff were very pleasant and room was fine. The only complaint was the hot tub jets were not working. Also pool was a trifle cold

Disappointing

Reserved a king bed but was given a room with 2 queens. The room keys did not work so went to front desk but nobody there to help. Waited 5 min and then found the room was not a executive king as reserved - up and down the elevator. Then when we went to ask about the room again had to wait 10 min for someone to come to the front desk. Room keys did not open ice room or pool or exercise room.... more

We rented a suite which was a good size for our family. However we had to keep the curtains shut as our view was the concrete canopy over the front door of the hotel. Throughout the night we could hear music and talking and came to find out that it was coming from the lobby. There was food from a previous patron left in the cupboards of our kitchenette. Wonderful hotel in Milton!

From the outset of our stay, the hotel staff greeted us with friendly smiles, the kids enjoyed playing in the pool, it was conveniently located to Milton's amenities - they were just a short drive away. All was good!

For the price.... extremely subpar. Dingy.

This is basically a truck stop motel quality hotel. Front desk service was not friendly, hotel was dingy, a/c was noisy. Overall, one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I've had. Just sad and pathetic. Given the price, this was terrible. This is a $60/night place at best.

Close to restaurant that we needed to visit

Lots of parking, front desk receptionist very friendly, accommodated us with room next to other family. Had a great sleep, very quiet! Wanted to use pool but we didn't have time. Breakfast had a great selection. Will need to visit this area again in the fall for a wedding and will rebook at this hotel again!! Would recommend to others!

we stayed here for a week for a family wedding, staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and very comfortable....fantastic time, but you need a car for the area!

Nice but Noisy

At the time of my stay there where groups of children and it was very noisy. Staff should make sure that hall way are quiet. There was running and screaming till 11PM. Had to call more then once to have someone advise them to stop.

Overall very clean and friendly staff. We were however disappointed with the complimentary breakfast as the eggs were cold and the cinnamon buns were rock hard. Breakfast was from 7-10 and we were there for 9am. You would think they would check and refresh.

Convenient if you just need a hotel room in Milton

The hotel is in a convenient location but, is in an industrial area across the highway from a large correctional facility. The rooms were clean and overall comfortable. We utilized the pool/hot tub, the hot tub was extremely hot and the pool was very cold. Breakfast was included and was pleasant with a reasonable amount of options available.

I booked a room with two queen size beds and we arrived to check in we found our room had been given away. we were told we were being upgraded to a room with a king size bed and a pull out. when we got in our room we found the pullout had no bedding on it and there we none in the room. my wife went to the manger to complain and we were given an additional room at no extra charge. Not up to the standard of this brand

We were disappointed with the smoky smell of our non-smoking room, the ice cold swimming pool, and the luke warm hot tub with jets that didn't work.

Quiet location considering just off 401W

Rate was reasonable and room spacious & clean. Breakfast is more than muffins, it includes variety of hot and cold choices. Not far from quaint downtown Milton.

Staff on front desk very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room staff member (a woman) was extremely helpful. Room clean and very comfortable. We were in that area for a funeral so it suited us perfectly as we were only there to sleep and have breakfast.

My husband and I stayed in a King suite - is was very comfortable and inviting! The living room and bedroom are separated with a door which works out perfectly for insomniacs like me who need to watch TV late at night without disturbing. A TV in each room, coffeemaker, fridge, iron/ironing board, free Wifi ..... we weren't missing a thing!

Paid 2 rooms only 1 went through

Our recent stay was great except for when we went to check in, the 2 rooms that I booked didn't go through. Only 1 went through, we had to pay again to receive our 2nd room. I will use you again but hope to get this resolved

I am impressed with the room cleaniness, good breakfast and friendly staff :)

It was an ok experience. The room I was in was starting to show it's age...carpet wrinkles, furniture scratched, etc. The room was clean and depending on price I would stay again but I found that hotel to be average.

Canada vacation

Staff were very good in accomadating our request for adjoining rooms. We had our 2 young daughters with us and friends next door. At night it was great to put the girls to bed and go next door to relax. the pool and workout room were both very nice to use. Only down side was the whirlpool wasn't very warm but it was still nice to use.Hot breakfast was great
