Noisy door at the front entrance. Everything else was quiet. Service was great. Nice place to stay. Price was fair (much lower than similar rooms in Huntsville for the same night). I would stay here again.

Very Expensive

We stayed at Holiday Inn express one night. June 15th (Sunday) King size bed. We were charged over $170 including taxes. The room was clean and comfortable but very expensive.. I will Never Stay at this motel again. Bestwestern and Comfort Inn offer the same at much less.

1st Class facility

Extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient check in. This facility was extremely clean and modern from the lobby right through to & including the room. Breakfast the next morning was very well done done, including hot & cold choices. Free Wi-Fi was available in the room. A great experience, and will stay here again, when in this area.

Enjoyed and pleased with my experience

Came in for a Training Session. Rooms were very clean and accommodating staff - no refrigerator regretfully. Training room was well accommodated. A bit out of reach for various restaurant choices, considering that the hotel had no restaurant or bar to eat .

Great stay

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends and family. Service was good and its in a great location. Wacky wings, tim hortons etc just across the road and its not far from memorial gardens if you want to see a hockey game. Would definately stay again.

The hotel was nice but for what they charged I won't stay there again. It's in a congested area but not close to any restaurants really. They is better priced options in the area that I would stay at next time in North Bay.

Always a safe bet

I stay here pretty frequently for business. Never any hassles, friendly folks and clean rooms. The free breakfast is fine for a quick refuel. Wifi comes and goes at times but its free! Plus the snack options are a great idea too. Will be staying again!

This hotel was otherwise completely fine. The room was clean, they even let us stay six people in a King bed + sofabed room which some hotels do not. Very clean. Good service. Beds are very comfortable. If I was to change anything, would be the breakfast times. 7:30 to 9:30am is to early. Overall you can't go wrong. Pet friendly as well. Good location with easy access to the lake and city.

A power outage made it less wonderful

Excellent but expensive

Stayed one night recently and was impressed with the cleansiness ant the staff. In a good location off Highway 11 right behind the historic Quints house. Pool was small but nice and warm, there was no hot tub. Overall this is a very nice establishment but at $150 plus per night a bit steep in my opinion.

Stayed two nights while in town for business in June. Very easy to find off highway 11. Room was spotless and huge. Bathroom also spotless. Didnt use pool or fitness room. Staff at breakfast very kind and helpful. Room was very quiet with little noise from road. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to North Bay again.

Spent one night in North Bay on our way north. Very easy to find it coming from Highway 11 or 17. Stayed on first floor (very convenient with pet). Very clean room. Breakfast was ok but there was no more room to sit down so we decided to have breakfast in the room.

Stayed here a few weeks back on a business trip.
Very clean room, lots of towels.
Furniture was very clean.
Very quiet even though its close to the highway 17.
The staff even got me a parking spot for my motorcycle next to my room.
Definitely a good overnight stay.

Although North Bay has some of the most expensive hotels, the friendly staff made up for it. We were greeted by a younger gentleman upon arrival and the ladies who were on duty afterwards were able to answer our questions and gave great directions. Breakfast is your typical continental breakfast.
Parking lot is somewhat small, but you can find a spot somewhere.
Close to the highway but a bit of a drive to Main Street where most of the good restaurants are.

The items at the suite store were very reasonably priced which is unusual in a hotel.
