Trip to Ottawa

I had a very good experience with your hotel near the airport. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me when I had questions. When my remote went out, the lady on duty took it and replaced the batteries. She was on duty November 5th.and deserves honorable mention. When I wanted to stay a extra day, the reservation process was seamless.

I checked in around 10:40 p.m. I needed to return my rental car to the airport, then catch their shuttle back to the hotel. Convenient location and like new condition

The hotel is near the international airport, is exceptionally clean and new. It has a nice workout center and pool. The pool is a bit small to do laps in though. The Internet was a bit flaky. When it worked it was high speed and fine, even to make Skype calls. But their security server hung and wouldn't readmit me when I returned from dinner. Everything about the hotel was fine: comfortable, quiet, clean, delicious breakfast. But the staff members were terrific! We had an emergency and had go to hospital. I called the desk at 5:15 a.m. and asked where the nearest hospital was. Friendly staff; surprisingly little aircraft noise

Stayed here in late May for the Ottawa Tulip Festival.
Airport is a short drive away, but couldn't hear any planes during our stay.
Staff were extremely friendly at the breakfasts, in the hallways, etc.
Short drive (10-15mins) to downtown to the major attractions.

One of the best hotel experience

I travel quite often, in and out of hotels and for once I can say I had no complaints. I felt right at home. The service was professional, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and minutes away from the airport which is fantastic. I'll for sure be back. Good job guys!! D.

Great business stay & training

Organized a 4-day training in one of the conference rooms in the hotel. Stayed in the hotel due to convenience sake.

Exactly what you would expect...which is a good thing

Good property and consistent with the Holiday Inn Express branding. Friendly staff living up to their national reputation. Convenient shuttle service. My IHG Rewards Club status was acknowledged and complimentary room upgrade came through. Had no complaints whatsoever; definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a stress-free layover in Ottawa.

A great place to stay

This is a very well maintained hotel. They have high speed internet, a free breakfast and very good rates and a great staff and its only a ten minute drive to Carleton University. I would definitely stay here again.

My elderly parents had cause to stay at this hotel twice over the last six months. During both stays they and I found the staff to be caring, polite and attentive. I felt my folks were in good hands throughout their stays, and I would thoroughly recommend this clean and friendly hotel!

Stayed here in August and like usual, it was great. It is clean and reasonable and close to the College. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast, nothing fancy, but at least was included in the room. We'll be back.

Visit to grandkids

Our son and family live in Ottawa. We have been staying at hotel every time we visit up there. Been there many times and have never had a bad experience. Staff is usually the same so nice to see familiar faces each time, and they always remember us too.
