Very bad housekeeping service and request for early housekeeping was totally denied. AC sucks but the washroom is impressive. No parking for customers.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is big. Its lobby is very nice. Breakfast was better than we expected.

It was great free parking would be nice however. The hotel charges for parking which I would have much preferred to be free.

Good option

Good location if you need the airport. Busy when I stayed, a bit loud hearing the door slamming from the neighbours on the floors. But comfortable, clean.

Stayed for two nights but the room was not cleaned or towels replaced from the second day.

Super séjour à holliday'inn express

Le séjour fut tres agreable ainsi que le confort proposé par l'hotel mais je ferai juste une petite remarque afin d'améliorer les prestations. Sur 4 nuits j'ai eu le même petit déjeuner. Une variété tous les deux jours des viandes par exemple serait un plus. Sinon rien à redire des autres prestations

Conveniently situation near the airport

The suite was a bit smaller than expected but it got the work done! The kids enjoyed the pool a lot.

Checked in to hotel & asked about the shuttle bus - I was told by reception it came every hour on the hour. Sure enough the bus rolled up on time & the driver got out & said he'd be 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I'm still waiting. The receptionists said he also did the maintence in the hotel! Quite clearly it's not realistic to expect one person to carry out the maintenance of such a large hotel... plus

Perfect location for airport travellers

The hotel was nice, I booked this hotel because it was near the airport with free shuttle. Nice hot breakfast included and free Wifi. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice, little menu but the meal was fantastic. Would return to this hotel.

Worth the stay!!!!!!

The location is good for a relaxing night after a busy day of sightseeing. A little bit far from the downtown.

J'ai séjourné à cet Hotel à plus de dix reprises (première fois avec Hotels.com) et j'ai toujours eus de belles chambres propres. Pour cette fois, j'avais une chambre adaptée pour handicapés et très mal insonorisée. Très déçu de ce séjour.

good value by airport

Facilities are vey good and modern. Breakfast buffet was very good with a varied selection. Good value for rate.

Worse service

Even the check in time is 3 , room did not get ready at that time . Waitted more than 1 hour to get the room clean . The worse part is the shower drain wasn't working. Went and complain in the evening waited until night , no one called or no one came to fix it . Every time we ask them to do something about drain , no one seems to care . Could not take shower . 35 minute wait for the shuttle bus

Apart from the 35 minute wait for the shuttle bus the hotel was nice & clean. the restaurant / sports bar at a very limited menu . However I was grateful for a restaurant to be open & 1030pm

The hotel was incredibly clean and rooms were comfortable. Staff were not the friendliest.

Leisure visit

The hotel was nice. Not much around it though (convenient store or restaurants). Didn't care for the food choices at the hotel or their hours. 5pm only.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable--spacious rooms, easy parking, etc. It was a little hard to find but worth the effort. The breakfast was phenomenal-great bacon, eggs, potatoes. We'll stay there again even though it's a way from the downtown.

Horrible conditions

The closet's door fell on our head then the heating was broken, they did not do anything to compensate the freezing night, the manager did not even answer our email. do not go to that hotel!

One night in transit

Late arrival, early departure. I telephoned for the shuttle which was likely a good thing as it did not sound like it was running given the hotel was full.

Heat Needed in Winter

Stayed at hotel first week of December. Room 202 heating system only heated for 30 minutes at a time before resetting. When asked for some sort of compensation for horrible frozen night of waking and turning back on heat, they indicated they could do nothing because booked through Expedia. The room also had intermittent wireless connection

We stayed for one night. I found it a clean and nice hotel and the bed very comfortable. Service was great. We did not use the complementary breakfast because we were on a time crunch.

Run down, in desperate need of renos

We had stayed at the airport holiday inn and loved it. We were looking for a place a bit closer to the city so booked here. We were very disappointed. People stand around the entrance smoking and you must walk though the smoke to get inside. The entranceway for some reason has a big barricade in front of it making it very awkward. At checkin the desk clerks were less than friendly. You must pay... plus

Our 3 GPS devices were useless

Our experience started with a huge frustration, trying to find the hotel at 10 PM. The first attempt took us to another Holiday Inn, 5 km down the same street. Then we got lost in the spider web of one way streets, always on the wrong side of the HWY, unable to find a way to turn back. Very close to airport

The hotel was good. Its old, but very practical. It was clean with exception of the bed sheets that had multiple hairs. We had to ask for new sheets and my husband had to change them because there was not staff available at night.

Lovely new hotel

Spacious room, excellent facilities, super bathroom, clean. Shame it is an airport hotel and not in the city. Only spent one night here waiting for a flight. Would have been great to spend a week here

Convenient location close to the airport

The hotel was consistent with the good standard we have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Friendly and helpful staff on check-in, the suite was great for four people just overnighting after very long flights, and the beds were comfortable. Have booked again for our trip back through.

Terrible stay. The night staff ;particulary were rude and was keeping my 4 year old daughter awake for a long time as thet could not not replace the torn mattress of the bed provided. The customer service person at the front desk was extremely rude. Please check into any other hotel but this one.

Great Service and prompt shuttle bus service

We recently finished our basement and had the electrical completed by Dustin and the work was really well done and very professional. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Got a corporate rate. Breakfast inc. (eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The place is spotless. The beds are comfy. The staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant is very limited, but the bar is okay (hidden in the back). All in all, great value for the buck.

Good value for a quick one night stay

arrived late, wanted a bite and/or a glass of wine. Restaurant closed, no lounge, no rooms with a mini bar, no restaurants or stores close by as the hotel is in an industrial area of town. That aside, everything else was top shelf for an easy in and out one night stay between flights. the complimentary breakfast was better than we anticipated.

Hotel had a nice overall feel. However, in my room the bathtub had mold around the edges. To my surprise, nothing was done after I first notified them. After a second time they gave me a new room. Strangely enough, the second room still had blackened edges around some of the tub, although not as much as the first room. Stayed here for 2 nights while home being renovated. Room very comfortable, and service at front desk very friendly. The place makes you feel right at home. The free breakfast is limited to a few
items, but still pretty good. One of the negatives is the coffee which is pretty bland. However, since it's free, what does one expect?

Wow! This is easily the most impressive HIX I've seen. Impressive lobby/atrium, massive suites, immaculate details... well done. Ask for the balcony suite. 8.5/10

5 min from airport with free shuttle bus on call

I checked in at midnight. Smooth processing with helpful staff. advisedly to take the hot water in the lobby, sometimes boiling device may not work in winter times and housekeeping may directed to voice recording. We drove all night to get to Montreal and arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning. We knew we wouldn't be allowed to check in that early since the regular time is 3:00. Great location for the price

It was a quick overnight business trip. I would definitively consider it for future stays.

Up to date, comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff. The gym, pool and sauna area are also very nice. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area near the airport or for work. Includes breakfast and free wi-fi. Due to the fact that it is an Express, there is no restaurant so ordering in or trying to find your way around the city is the only way to eat lunch/dinner.

Lots of familiar corporations in the area. 2 blocks from Chippendales type club. If you have a business meeting or lecture in the area, this hotel is ideal for a 1-3 day stay.
