Stayed on a Saturday night. Room was clean and modern. Several hockey teams (kids) in the place but hardly noticed them as the place was quiet. Breakfast was included and adequate -
Lots of parking available and best of all, the hotel was away from the main road so traffic noise was minimal.

Stopped overnight between Montreal and Toronto. Found the hotel without too much trouble. Hallways, front entry and rooms were nice and roomy. Beds were super comfy. Had breakfast which was the standard HIExpress fare....personally I am hoping they will change one day...

My husband and two young boys (7 and 1 1/2) stayed here after attending a family reunion in Picton. Rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. I stayed at this Hotel for 4 night in May 2013 and will stay again upon our return to Canada. The Hotel is very clean, has very friendly staff and all the amenities you need within walking distance. They have a nice pool and hot tub as well as a gym. There is also ample parking.

I visited this hotel on January 3, 2013. The room was very clean and in keeping with Holiday Inn standards. However, the breakfast is not properly monitored. The bread, the bagels and the english muffins were stale and some pieces had mold. Otherwise, a good place for the price point.

The overall experience was good. However when a faulty, noisy fan was politely reported to the male night staff he asked whether we would ''prefer to sleep outside?''. His attitude and un-professionalism spoilt the overall experience and he severely let down his colleagues as the service given by the other staff was outstanding.

Found the room to be small. No sofa to sit in, sat on the bed while watching tv. The pool was kinda cold, should be heated. Breakfast was good. Convenient location on main street and easy access to 401.

Within 1 km of 401 and surrounded by resturants this impressive hotel appears to be 5 years old. A modern, clean, reasonably soundproof and obviously well run building, it has a polite staff who are eager to please. A complimentary hot breakfast is offered to all guests. In this price range, this is as good as it gets! Enjoy.

We had a very enjoyable stay with our daughter and grand daughter-much better than expected. Our only suggestion would be that it would be much more comfortable if the King size beds also provided king size pillows. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very well priced for families.

Our family: 2 kids(10 years old) and 2 adults. We were in two Queen Beds Suite. I found the beds were very wide and comfy and we could take just two Queen Beds without sofa bed, but we got more space. Kids enjoy swimming pool and hot tab very much. Breakfast was overwhelming.
