Nice room but then I heard the guy in the joining room next to to me- call for a prostitute. So I went to the front desk to change rooms...& they wouldn't. 2 hours later/ I could hear yelling & it sounded like he was beating her up. Next thing he threw out in the hallway- I could see through the peep hole, she didn't even have her cloths on.
Poor customer service Hilton! Might as well be a Super8!
Yes it is good, but only for its view and equipment. It's definitely not worth the price.
A cancelled airline flight left us in Toronto needing a hotel near the airport for the night. Using my hilton app I quickly identified and booked a room.
The hotel is modern, clean and well managed. Front desk staff were exemplary. Check-in swift and a room upgrade. Local dining recommendations were given.
All in all a highly recommended experience.
Honestly. Debating a 3 or 4.
Staff is a 5 star! At all levels!
My room was amazing! Full disclosure I'm Hilton diamond and was upgraded to a suite.
But really I'm about a clean bed, decent onsite eats, and a gym. And this place meets all my criteria
This is place is a milestone in the decline in the Hilton brand. The place is a dump even by airport hotel standards. When I checked in and got to my room there was a plate of unfinished food waiting for me. I went to the front desk and told them and they apologized and here it still sits. So they were sorry but not sorry enough to something. The place hasn't been kept up the furniture is well... more
The room was clean until I. Walked into the bathroom someone forgot to clean the pee spots on the toilet seat. Thanks
This Hilton could not be anymore located in an airport than if it was actually on the tarmac itself. It was so convenient for my travel over the weekend that it was the primary reason for me choosing my stay here. I was quite surprised about some of the negative reviews that this hotel has garnered. From personal experience I try to check other rating sites to make sure that I get a broader... more
Enjoyed the restaurant great service and yummy food
Spent the night in transit to Cancun. Very happy with everything.
beer pricing is crazy for restaurant . not like there is entertment. also had walk though a stag and doe when coming from garge parking
Would like to have known that a shuttle pick up at the airport needed to be prearranged.
We were overnighting on a flight from Tel Aviv to Vancouver, so it worked well for us as they have a FREE 24 hr. shuttle to and from the Airport. Room was large and clean, and nice restaurant.
Worst shuttle EVER. Waited for 20 minutes!!! At each stop driver after outs the driver got out and wasted 1-2 minutes talking to various random ppl to see what hotel they are going to.
Definitely NOT the experience I want after arriving at Toronto at 10 and finally getting to an airport hotel NEARLY AN HOUR LATER.
Close to airport...clean...friendly staff.
Outdated decor, executive appetizers on 9th floor at 6pm...be sure to get there early if you really want an appetizer. Much too pricey for accommodations. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hampton Inn just down the road.
How would I best describe this property? "Handy for the airport" - that would be about all I could muster. Great for a quick overnight stay but beware of anything longer.
When I checked in I was greeted by a fantastic check in person, very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. No problems there. I go to the elevators to get to my room and apparently I'm the HHonor floor! I pressed the...

I'm a little shocked at the bad reviews for this hotel. It was clearly renovated somewhat recently as all of the public spaces and our room were very nice.
Service at the front desk was awesome! When we told them we were just married they gave us a free breakfast voucher and sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room (both delicious!)

Clean and affordable, very close to the airport and they have frequent shuttles. Executive lounge had drinks, coffee, and snacks. I would stay here again for work...
Bathroom in my room was a bit older and could use a remodel but overall not a bad place for work.
We stayed at the Hilton Toronto Airport enroute to Fort McMurray. It was a beautiful evening around 6 p.m. or so by the time we got to the hotel in the shuttle. The hotel was extremely close by.
When you get there the concierge was helpful with the bags and the front lobby is very pleasant. Upstairs in the rooms it is very comfortable as well. You did have to pay for the high speed internet.

Originally booked a whirlpool room but the tub had technical issues, so I was upgraded to a King Corner Suite with free Internet. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but it did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned (stains and hairs in the bathroom, ripped up garbage in the nightstand).
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed a two-nights stay at this hotel. The lobby was very lovely, breakfast...

At $209 for a regular room with a king bed, I expected more really. Clean and functional though.
The wi-fi is sketchy but at least it was free.
Dinner is restaurant is pretty uninspired and obviously pre-heated stuff
We took this as a package (air/hotel) because of the location, close to the airport. We got a room on the 9th floor, (911 to be specific), the problem with staying in that room was the noise. Because it was close to the elevator, you can hear the sound going up/down and when it opens, you can hear the ding and also hear voices of people waiting at the elevator, It is hard to go to sleep, also... more
It's a Hilton. ..Gonna have to pay for breakfast. Next to airport but still for the most part quiet. Free internet when I was there. Good service and friendy staff
Hotel is ok. Wireless is $10/day per device. Cheaper hotels give you similar rooms with free Internet. Hotel restaurant over priced for premise reheated "fine dining". Bigger bang for your buck elsewhere. Any possible difference in service is not worth the additional costs of this place.
The place is close to the airport and it is a plus to have that free shuttle .
\n\n
Wi Fi is not free inside the room.Fist thing I notice every time I step in the Elevator "smells"

Hotel was perfect!! The location and the room was great! Friendly staff and super clean hotel!! The room was clean and perfect for me and my son. I will definitely go back at this hotel and will strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends!!
This hotel gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "lipstick on a pig." Looks like this place was built in the late 70's/early 80's, and while they may have tried to renovate it, they've fallen completely on their face.
Parking- Guest parking is split into three areas: Pretty close to the door, the back 40, and separating the two, "the warehouse." You do not want to park in the warehouse. I...

My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and... more

very convenient for overnight with an early flight the next morning. there is a free shuttle bus leaving from hotel to the airport each 20min.
We had an early flight so we stayed here the night before. Check-in took just a couple of minutes. Free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

Room was pretty run down wall paper pealing and it really didn't feel like a clean place. Not what I'm used to at a hilton considering I spend about 60 nights a year in them. Probably won't stay here on the next trip since there are so many options
My partner and I stayed at this Hilton for one night before early morning flight out of Toronto, and I would say that overall it's a poor excuse for a Hilton with a drab and sterile atmosphere with paltry amenities.
This Hilton is located in a huge hotel megaplex very close to the airport, and it has a very industrial feel. Nothing about the location welcomes me.

Rooms good, hallways in the old building in serious need of a rebuild and that's happening this summer. Poor sound proofing to hallways as is typical in many hotels. The bathrooms were disgusting and there were burn holes everywhere. The walls seemed like they had never been wiped down and in the two rooms we stayed in there were greasy finger prints on every light switch and TV remote. When I booked the hotel, no parking fee mentioned at all. Nothing was mentioned about parking even at the checking in, only given a parking card. Then all of a sudden slapped with parking fee of $16/day at the check out.
Was at this hotel for meetings. Facilities seem nice and food service, while not out of this world, is good.
Though not in downtown Toronto, still very accessible to downtown. Frequent airport express shuttles to Kipling subway. Outdoor pool - a bit disappointed as I went in winter. Staff overall okay.
This is the second time I choose Hilton since it is close to the airport, plus it has great amenities. Every thing was great and I had a pleasant experience.
I've stayed at this hotel before, several times actually, but last week was my first time back in a while - at least four years, I'm informed, because that's how long it's been since the lobby was renovated and the check-in area moved. The renos were quite nice. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had an interesting layout, including a nice chaise which regrettably had been burned by... more
The hotel looks to be renovated recently and common areas are warm and inviting. The quality of the rooms appear to be slipping - even after the recent reno, linens were not clean, much of the room furniture and hardware is worn or broken. In room wifi access was spotty too. I have to think there are better options nearby
Rooms were large and clean. Restaurant staff ignored us for 20 minutes at breakfast. Food was quite expensive, $20 for breakfast buffet.
Love the location and the hotel room is great. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here when we visit Toronto. Only challenge is that my GPS doesn't recognize the address.

Great hotel. Well-appointed, smoking allowed on dedicated floor, great value, well-located for overnight before a flight, but the shuttle can be a hassle for early morning flights because of lots of people, little room on the bus -- I shared a taxi with another person instead.

“Very clean, upscale hotel, near the airport. Good quality food that was a bit pricy. Shuttle runs often with early morning to very late evening run times. Felt safe and very welcome.”
“I expect to get at least free internet, and preferably free parking.”
“The hotel was very up-scale. I have 3 children and it could not accommodate us with a roll-away bed but we made do. I don't like the fact that I had to pay $15 to park my car at the hotel.”
“Very convenient if you have any business at the airport. The shuttle service is excellent. The rooms are attractive and the beds are quite comfortable. The fitness area is very large and there are a number of options squash, aerobic machines, weight room and outdoor pool. My stay was quite enjoyable.”
“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel however, I did not feel that it lived up to the Hilton name. The common area carpets seemed worn and dirty.”
“The Airport Hilton is in the process of completing a much needed facelift. The room was modern, but a bit austere with a strange two-bed layout. The public spaces look contemporary and work to create an appealing environment.”
“Close to the airport so convenient to my customer. Best part of this hotel is their restaurant. I seriously had one of the best meals (sirloin strip steak) I have ever had. Can't wait to go back their tonight.”
“This hotel is ideally situated for anyone simply passing through Toronto to another destination. It is close to all the main highways.”
“The Toronto Airport Hilton fell short of my expectations. The hotel is dated and presents a shabby appearance. The housekeeping in the room I was in was below acceptable.
