Pros and cons

The hotel was close to all the amenities that we required and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We had bugs in the room (2 earwigs) and the bathroom smelt like cigarette. Our night was interrupted by a security guard at midnight and the courtesy desk could not explain why he next morning. Very strange bathroom door opening-into the hall, blocking the exit door, -just found it both awkward and weird.

Nice hotel in Vaughan

It was good but the second night the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am so we could not get back to sleep and that's hard with a 6 year old child . but that's not the hotels fault.

A Nice Hotel

I found the hotel staff to be very informative and helpful. There was adequate parking. I did not have the opportunity to utilize the added facilities.

Great Location

The only complaint we had (admittedly, minor) was the paper cups. We always prefer glasses.

All I wanted to do was watch Monday night football. Tv did not work at all. Hotel said someone was coming to look at it and no one ever showed up. Restaurant very over priced. Beds were very nice. Bathroom fan did not work and windows don't open wich is terrible in a smoking room

Nice hotel and very attentive staff. 5-10 min drive to Wonderland. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around hotel. Close to Billy Bishop Airport as well as walking distance to some great restaurants. Outstanding customer service, both at reception and in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful vacation and the accommodations were great!

Good quiet stay

Due to hockey, the wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels, this hotel was amazingly quiet in the rooms and the beds were very comfy. Those to details allowed us to have a relaxing good night sleep. The water slide was a hit for the kids.

7 minutes from Canada's Wonderland

We chose this hotel for the location to Canada's Wonderland, and the pool. The room was nice and clean, but the tub was clogged. So taking a shower was not a comfortable experience. However, the pool with waterslide was lots of fun!

Excellent Hotel

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was immaculate and quiet. Great air conditioning. It says that there is a parking fee for the underground parking but we didn't need it. The weather was beautiful and there is plenty of free parking above ground. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. We are staying here again when we return in March.

overall the stay was a four out of five. I would like the TV's to have USB ports that would allow external drives so I can watch my own content. I realize pay per view movies are a source of revenue, but just how much. That time has passed, people have their own content and want to watch it. That would be a very welcome convenience.

Close to Wonderland, great pool!

Will definitely go back as this was my favorite hotel close to Wonderland. Rooms are average to nice for this hotel type, but the location and pool make it a perfect famIly hotel. Pool is clean, warm and fantastic waterslide ... and was empty even on a Saturday! Great highway access, close to the mall (Legoland), movies and Dave & Busters. Great stay :)

Great prices on the weekend. A bit pricy on we weekdays but when you get breakfast included it's not bad. 12$ for whole family for breakfast when you book through hotel. Hot breakfast made to your order!

We stayed for one night only but found the hotel very pleasant and comfortable...only slight nehgative comment was that there was popcorn in one chair and the bathtub caulking needed attention..

Great place after Canada's Wonderland!

Very clean hotel. My only feedback would be to ensure the pool floor is cleaned up frequently. I found that a little dirty at times with so many feet walking around! I would recommend this hotel to others and the slide was an added bonus!

Great hotel close to wonderland. Rooms were clean, my kids loved the water slide and pool. I have nothing to complain about. The neighborhood is safe and clean a great place for a morning jog.

For Families

The pool with waterslide was great. The location to shopping and many restaurants (including quick reasonable dining) was great. Only draw back was the noise from weddings in the late evening. Request a room furthest from the conference side.

Close to everything and great highway access

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in town for business and pleasure. We needed to be in various parts of Toronto from North York to Brampton. We loved the friendliness of the staff. The quiet, comfortable room. It was nice to have a fridge. We could not have asked for anything more.

We checked in early and were pleasantly surprised that the room was ready. No extra charge too. Very clean room, a bit of a draining issue with the sink but other than that all was well. ok hotel - rude front desk staff

The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are pretty clean and the housecleaning staff are pleasant. The main issue with our stay involved the front desk workers. They were not very polite or hospitable. We asked if they had a bottle opener as we left ours at home, and they said "nope." Just like that. There were 3 or 4 more instances of poor service (towels, coffee, directions.)

I can't say more about the staff at this hotel. We had a minor incident and they all rushed into action and got us moved around quickly and efficiently. Through the move they found out it was our two year old's birthday, they gave her a balloon, and a birthday card with candy. Upgraded room just to have spa bath and it did not work. Very disappointed considering the stay was a small amount of time. Also found the rooms to be small for what you pay for.

Great Location, Terrific amenities.

Stayed here as part of an event at York University. Wish we had more time at the hotel and less at the event. Beautiful property, spacious rooms, kids loved the pool with Water slide. We didn't eat at the restaurant but wished we had. It was a bit pricey, but we ended up paying about the same elsewhere for poor service.

Nice and Relaxing.

My stay was great! I did leave phone charger in the room and tried calling the hotel when I got home but have not been able to speak to anyone has it always continues and repeats the recording instead of being able to speak to a live person. If my charger could be set a side to I can pick it up next time I'm in town or if it could be mailed to me that would be nice. Anyways overall stay was good!

I stayed here a coupe months ago for work and it was a great hotel.

I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for somewhere to unwind after a hard day at the office.

My natural choice for a business trip would be the closest Hilton... the "high-speed internet" here is utter c@!p. Speed.io rates it at 38Kbits/sec download 8Kbits/sec upload... Unbelievably bad. Do not expect to get work done here.

Bedbugs

After a 5 day stay, I was covered in bedbug bites. Hotel management has taken no responsibility. They claim their extermination company found no signs of bedbugs in the hotel. I guess the only signs were my BITES.

Traveling for business. The room was clean and spacious. Free wireless was a big plus for keeping up with work. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
