Confortable hotel for short stay

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days during early of this Sept. and felt good about the hotel. The hotel was clean and breakfast was cheap ($11.95). Also the swimming pool is good for relaxing.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice location within minutes of downtown Toronto. Will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Good hotel for an over night stay

I woyldnt stay longer then a night. Its a good place to sleep, with good staff and a really good breakfast buffet. Excellent stop over hotel.

Not one bit dissapointed !!!

We were very sceptical of this hotel and the room because of the price we paid. We can honestly say that this hotel did not disappoint whatsoever because of the hotel itself, great hospitality , cleanliness, free parking and courteous staff. We will certainly make a return visit when we return to the area.

Nice hotel

Convenient location. Closer to many good restaurants and airport. Excellent rooms. Definitely recommend.

In general it's OK based on Hilton G.I. standards.

My humble advice to the manager please fix the front sign, I arrived late at night to this hotel and some lights from the sign were partially working so it gives a bad first impression. It felt like some motels of doubtful reputation that you see in movies :) However the experience was not bad at all and I try not to judge a book by its cover.... more

Hotel is great. Everything was clean and fresh - bed was comfortable. However, hotel staff could be better. The manager on duty (Debra) was especially rude from beginning to the end of interaction. Up on check, it felt like they were doing me a favour by letting me stay and even room service was terrible - I had to go down to get what I wanted after calling 3 times. For the amount I paid, it didn't even include breakfast.

Central location for my family trip. Room is clean. House keeping are very keen. They knock 3 times within 90 min shorty after 10 am for room cleaning. swimming pool is small for length swim. Very modern and clean. Staff is welcoming...including Front Desk and restaurant staff. A favorite place to stay while I'm on business in Toronto/Mississauga.

Hard to find but great stay

Very nice hotel BUT location was hard to find on GPS. Staff was friendly, the conceirge Jamar was excellent; bar staff was sort of slow however on running bill. Really wished the Hilton offered complimentary breakfast especially after the money we spent on a one night stay.

Very nice Atmosphere

Great HGI

My fourth of fifth time here staying at this, almost new, Hilton Garden Inn. Every stay has been fantastic and some of the staff actually remembers my name. The location is close to the airport and close to several major companies and is reasonably priced. The restaurant is convenient but I've had much better food ion other Garden Inn's. Bar is also expensive but staff is very friendly.

Brand new hotel

The Staff was very friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good. This hotel just opened and you might expect things to be incomplete or still a little sub par, but everything was perfect.
