Nice hotel, noisy guests

Kids were running up and down the halls yelling at 11:30 PM. I called the front desk, they said they had sent Security to speak to them. There was quiet for a while, then it started again. Really well kept hotel.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby makes it easy to work from their restaurant.

Excellent base for the Stratford festival

Stayed at the Hilton Garden for four days. We selected the hotel as a base for our trip to Stratford. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff accommodating. The fitness center was well equipped with new equipment. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others coming to this area.

Cambridge Ontario Stay

Wonderful hotel; great staff. Always clean. Food service during breakfast buffet can be a little slow. Easy access to hiway 401 and all amenities. Very comfortable beds. Have stayed here 5 times; and find the experience very consistent. No surprises.

Cambridge Hilton Garden

We were greeted warmly and checked in really fast. We needed assistance with the Business Centre and we were helped promptly. Very clean accommodations and a wonderful lobby to just sit and relax for a few minutes while you have a coffee or tea.

It was our first stay in Cambridge and we found it was a very nice hotel , close to everything. Helpful staff and very comfy rooms. The King size bed was great. Loved the keurig coffee maker!! nice touch:)

The Quality I expected

This hotel was a wonderful example of the Hilton Garden Inn I've come to expect. The main floor area was well appointed and has the amenities I prefer. Swimming pool was a little bit small and could have been a touch warmer, but overall, a pleasant and trouble-free stay.

Great Stay

Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Very comfortable and had a good nights rest and beautiful buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to other family/friends. The value is also great for families and couples!

Bang for your buck

The environment was very clean. The front entrance was tidy and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection was great; lots to choose from. You will leave here feeling relaxed and well taken care of.

Would stay here again

The only negative is that the front parking lot was being sealed and painted, therefore the rear entrance had to be used. That is not a significant problem in any stretch, and makes the property better for the next stay. Bed was very comfortable - great night sleep

clean, helpful and quiet

If are looking for a place where you can be treated with the best care, this is it. It is not the easiest to get too but that makes it a little less noisy. I was abel to walk to the Walmart and some the the good restaurants are not too far away.

My Hotel of Choice in Cambridge

Stay here when I'm in the area. Nice hotel, great staff and good breakfast. Haven't had dinner there but the menu looks good. Lots of choice for restaurants in the area that are in walking distance of or a short drive. Lots of other business travelers stay here on a regular basis.

Consistent Stay

Second visit here was just as great as the first. It's one of the better Hilton Garden Inns. Service is top-notch, hotel has been updated. Would stay again for sure!

Good Hotel breakfast not great

Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and quiet. Guest services were friendly. All the employees seemed to be happy. Only downside breakfast not included and a little pricey for what you get.

Pleasant stay

This hotel was recommended as a place after a wedding we recently attended. It was a great place to stay - very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the heating/cooling system was quite loud during the night.

Excellent Hotel in everyway

Whenever my travels take me near Kitchener or Cambridge, this is the hotel I prefer to stay at. The location is extremely convenient, the amenities are numerous, and I'll always been greeted upon arrival with a smile. The breakfast offerings are excellent as is the work out facility. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Overnight stay for nearby wedding

Decent stay for the price. If you like to have a lunch or a few afternoon drinks there is nothing open at this hotel till later in the day so you will have to go somewhere else.

I have stayed here enough times that the staff now greet me by name the total experience here is great.. the rooms perfect with large hi def TV's a keureg coffee machine a fridge and micro oven I get breakfast included and it is a full breakfast with lots of choices including anything you want from the kitchen

Shuttle Service

Room was nice, a bit updating would make it a little better, very clean, very spacious. All amenities were excellent, ample towels and supplies. More power outlets or perhaps a power bar for charging electronics would be a good idea.

Stayed here for the week of 31 March thru 4 April. Rooms clean, front desk very helpful and professional, breakfast staff wonderful. Plenty of restaurants close by from fast food to upper end. Enjoyed Beertown the best. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here anytime I am back in this part of Canada

Located directly next to the 401hwy makes this hotel very convenient. It has a great pool and hot tub as well as a breakfast buffet daily. Prices are reasonable. Excellent location for any traveler using the 401 corridor.

Very comfortable and affordable

Very conveniently located off main highway. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great price but surprised there wasn't a continental breakfast included! But overall, very pleased; would definitely recommend this hotel!

Business in Cambridge, Ontario

Good hotel ideally located for access to businesses in the area. It is also easily accessible off the highway. The staff was extremely polite and helpful even at my very latte arrival. Breakfast was also very convenient the next morning. Thumbs up "Hilton Garden Inn".

Great staff, clean and a very good dinning room. Steak was wonderful all under the same roof, not need to leave the hotel. Great shopping across the highway. Shopping mall down the street. Antique stores and outlets in the Old Mill just minutes away.

Don't stay here

This place needs a major overhaul.
The workout room heat didn't work for over two weeks and they only provided one extra heater which remained behind the front desk to keep the staff from freezing.
Kitchen always seems to be out of something.
Dinning area is older with food stained furniture.
The only saving grace is the wonderful staff.

Nice hotel

Well situated, people attending clients are friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the heating/cooling system. The fan starts every 2 minutes during the whole night. There's no possibility to shut down the fan completely. I prefer normal windows that can be opened. Rooms have sealed windows.

Restaurant onsite not good.

The room was decent, the bed was good,the bathroom lights could cause seizures when turning on,TV had a mind of its own, cable was in and out. The restaurant food was OK, but the service was not good. (4 guests total and they still messed up order, and had to wait.) There is more but i am getting tired.

One of the rooms (king suite) we reserved was not available. The staff provided another room, smaller with less privacy (2 queens in same room). I've stayed at this hotel multiple times with my family and on my own. Something which makes it special is the queen sized beds in the double rooms; this can be hard to find. The breakfast buffet is always good to excellent. The staff go beyond the norm to be helpful. Location near the 401 is handy although not picturesque.
