I was hoping to have a good first impression from the staff being a new patient. Very unfriendly front end staff. I would not recommend this place. For people charging a lot to clean teeth you think they would greet you with a smile and be courteous. Walmart greeters give better hospitality!! Go down the street if you like a smile with service.

beyond friendly

I got a full upper denture over a month ago. I was so nervous as I'm only 45 yrs old and was totally terrified. All of the staff was wonderful and helped to ease my nervousness. Dr Yip is a great dentist and her assistant was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Only one small issue

I have no fear of going to the dentist anymore and enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere. Super professionalism and knowledge which is passed on to help me continued keeping my teeth in good shape. My only criticism is small but frustrates me and that is whoever designed the bathroom did not have us handi-capable people in mind. Very difficult for me to get into the washroom with my walker.

Impressive friendly service

They must treat the employees well, everyone seemed quite happy, and personable. True custumer service. The price was better than i remember too. I reccommend. Id give it 5 stars- but they found a cavity ;)

Retained deciduous tooth

Front staff were extremely friendly and helpful and dental hygienist was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

From the time I placed my call for an appointment to actually having work done on my teeth I was treated very professionally by all the knowledgable staff I was involved with. I highly recommend High River Dental Centre whether you are looking for a new dentist or looking for a change.

four year old

The staff are very friendly, my four year old wasn't scared, they made it very comfortable for her when she had to get her tooth fixed.

Too many appointments

Should have only had one visit. this was second visit and was minor and could have saved a trip to dentist

Small tooth filling

I found the experience quite pleasant - no pain and friendly people. Now the gap between the filled tooth and the next one is smaller, I find it easier to keep free from food.

Recent visit

HI: I come every 6 months for a cleaning and it is always expensive, so I was wondering why do I have to pay an extra $62.00 for an exam recall (routine check up)? Would you please explain? Bonnie Smith

Barb the tooth cleaner is a sensitive, caring person with a solid background in her chosen field and excellent skills. When I need my teeth cleaned again (Dec. 12 @ 1:oo pm)I will be quite happy to have her do the work.

My experience was horrible. I know that Dr. Meyers tried his best and Jackie was wonderful. The tooth that he did yesterday is throbbing and I had a horrible sleep and my best friend seems to be my bottle of Advil. 6 month cleaning and check up

I had to change my appointment a couple of times and the girls at the front desk made it easy for me and were very helpful and efficient. The cleaning and check up was quick and painless. Another great experience ~ well worth the drive for me! Keep up the great work team!

It was so nice when I walked & was greeted with smile & a friendly welcome. Everyone was so pleasant & friendly. Dr hildebrant explained everything to me as she was working on my tooth so I knew what was happening which was reassuring. Can't say one bad thing. It was a good experience & pleasant. The experience was fantastic. The dentist and hygeinst were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I was given information for requests promptly and there was nothing pushy about it. THis is a great review because this 50 year old is worse than any child when it comes to going to dentist. I used have panic attacks just getting a checkup.

Had a problem with food continually getting stuck between 2 teeth. The problem was very uncomfortable and always required an immediate floss after eatting anything otherwise the trouble spot became an annoyance.
