Has everything you need pertaining to health. Decent wait times for walk-ins and friendly staff, nothing to complain about. The doctors were very helpful.

Terrible walk in clinic experience. I had the stomach flu and the dr wasn't sure on my diagnosis. I asked him for the swab test and he said he never heard about it. And then he walks out and asks a colleague and comes back with the knowledge of the test. He then walks out to go get a swab kit and comes back telling me the clinic ran out of swab kits.

I was referred here by a friend for orthotics and chiropractic services. For the longest time I have had chronic issues with both my feet and legs (ex. Spent 40 mins getting down there only to find out they closed medical services 2 hrs early. Receptionist says only one doctor on today but he is away due to an emergency. Time to find another clinic.

I live very close by,  but even with an appointment there is always a wait of 45 mins to 1.5 hours.  It is quite frustrating!

Terrible and unprofessional doctors at this walk in clinic. I had to self diagnose while I was being seen! I came in having a pain in my lower back and other UTI symptoms. Went there for a yearly Check up. Nurse practitioner was quite inexperienced, didn't even know how to do a proper breast exam. Dr. Victor Lao who checked me had a special assistant, Google. Called them while waiting at another clinic because the line there was out the door. Left them because they said it was a approximately 15 minute wait. Came there and they told me it will be 45 mins to a hour.
I ended up waiting an hour and a half only to be seen by a young doctor who disregarded what I had to say and told me if I had anyhing it's strep and told me to take tylenol.

Avoid Dr. Jae Cho at the HealthOne Medical Centre. He is arrogant, disrespectful and has zero patience for patient concerns!

After seeing my previous review and complaints, the business manager personally helped me resolve the issues I had with the orthotics and insurance company claims. His responses were prompt and he cares to make improvements. So I'm updating my previous review and hope that services improve at HealthOne.

I first came here for a shoulder injury and I have to say this place looks great. Everything looked modern, and the clinic wasn't busy.

The receptionist was friendly and there wasn't a ton of paper work like the other reviews say. I got Tatiana as my massage therapist and I absolutely loved her. She helped heal my shoulder in 3 treatments.

I've been here twice and haven't had any issues...but let's see how the future goes. It's pretty clean and I only waited about 10 min to see my doctor. Thta's pretty impressive considering at my last place, even with an appt (trying to always get one first thing in the mornings) it would still take 45 min to see my doctor.
