Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean hotel close to the ferry dock and easy to find. Staff were accommodating and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable and the shower pressure was so intense that it was painful! But they said they would have maintenance fix it. Highly recommend!

From arrival to check out a very relaxing enjoyable stay.. Hotel is perfect location. I have stayed here often, and I know that customer service and room cleanliness is a top priority.

Two friends and myself stayed in the Harbour Towers for two nights in 2009. The service was good, the accommodations excellent.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out bed.
There is a coffee service in the room and extra dishes if you wish to bring food in.

Underground parking is a good feature.

The shower was moldy, and did not drain well. Very dated, not a high end

This stay, the heat was apparently not working in some of the rooms and the hotel did not have enough blankets (?) Half of our group had to endure a freezing cold night which ended up with some our students getting quite sick.

The beds were in good condition and clean. There was an excellent gym with a multitude of equipment to choose from.

The carpet and chairs in my suite could of used a thorough steam clean. The hot tub was not functioning and the pool was cold and needed a cleaning also.

Large comfortable room. Reception staff were very helpful with bus timetables and loaned us a power adaptor. Had an excellent meal at the restaurant.

Excellent location. Easy to walk into Victoria town centre and go to restaurants, coffee bars etc.

Not up to past stays. We asked for a wine opener, were promised one
would be sent up, and it never came. Terrible view from the room.

The breakfast was AWESOME! I wasn't expecting to get breakfast everyday, but it was such a great surprise!

They called a cab for me, but the cab was super late. They really should partner up with a better cab company.

Rooms were kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping, and the beds were
fabulously comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

Not quite the 'balcony' we had been led to expect by the website
- a scruffy ledge with no chairs/furniture to sit out. Also,
visitors should be aware you do not actually get a harbour view unless

Nice place

The place was wonderful, but they never found our reservation, even with my confirmation number. I do not know who's fault that would be, but because of that, they upgraded at no extra charge a 10th floor view overlooking the Harbour and the Empress Hotel. Not bad!!

reliably good

We've been going to this hotel for about twenty years now (the age of our daughter). We visit Victoria at least annually. Although we'll try other places when there are specials, we always come back here because it's conveniently located to the ferry, has clean comfortable rooms, and a nice fitness room/pool/jacuzzi.

Great trip, disappointing hotel. Harbor tower was having a series of issues during our visit. The hot tub and pool were closed (and will be for another month, so check first), the water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature erratic. We traveled up for a night in Victoria. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The cost was also VERY reasonable considering the location and the amenities. I would recommend!

Traveled to Victoria for a couple of days on business. Didn't use the pool or the fitness room, but all impressions of the room, the staff and the restaurant were positive. The location is good, down by the harbour and convenient for downtown.

Fantastic

We stayed for the weekend. At at the Harbour House Restaurant across the street and had a wonderful meal. A very elegant restaurant. We enjoyed having a nightcap in the hotel bar. I would stay there again.

Short stay - Not satisfied

We had called ahead and requested a room at a higher level. Lady we talked to said she will make a note for the desk person. We arrived at 7 pm, not that late and there were not many guests at the hotel. We were still assigned a room on the 4th floor. Could have easily given us a room at a higher floor.

Great Harbour view

The location was great - just a block from the harbour and easy walking access to downtown. Unfortunately, that also made it very noisy. The one dissapointment was the daily charge for hotel parking, and very tight parking spaces. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Such an amazing place

We were one block from where we got off the ferry, right in Downtown Victoria. Everything was in walking distance. It was a beautiful room and a great restaurant in the hotel. Plus there was two other great restaurants accross the street. Our stay was just perfect!

Was supposedly a 4 star, but really was a 2.5 maybe 3. Definitely an older hotel, rooms were small and dark, bathroom was SMALL. The hotel renovations started at 8am and underground parking was tight and sparce. (If you like your car, don't park there.)The hotel was clean though. Don't pay more than $110. I was disappointed that they charge$12.00 per night to store my car. The custodial staff was a bit lax. I think there are better values in the same area.

We had front door bus service - for city tours and excursions. Be sure to go to Butchart Gardens and Craigdarrouch Castle. Easy walk to the harbour, BC Museum (amazing), downtown shopping and plenty of dining options.

Stayed in a one bedroom plus living room suite on 11th floor. It had a kitchen on one end. We really enjoyed the harbor view. The furniture could stand to be updated and a little more comfortable. Nice having a separate bedroom and two TVs. The bathroom was not overly big.
