Bon hotel, plusieurs restos et magasins à proximité, par conte, a besoin d'une voiture pour se déplacer. Sans voiture, j'opterais pour un resto au centre-ville.petit déjeuner inclus (copieux).

Flooring is not well insulated as noisy kids above us were a problem but hotel staff made sure it was limited to only one night. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient for the car traveler

Very convenient when traveling by car. The hotel is brand new and everything is fresh and clean. Spacious rooms and very polite and courteous personnel. Strongly recommended if the price is decent.

Teleurstellend

Nu twee jaar elk jaar twee nachten overnacht in het hotel, maar de kwaliteit gaat achteruit. Geen zwemmen mogelijk door te veel chloor of reparaties. Dus dit nu al voor het 2e jaar. Maar ook in de ontbijtruimte veel vuil en onvriendelijke behandeling door personeel.

Nice staff and location

Greeted by awesome staff. Went to shower and shower doors difficult to open. Then no shower mat so very slick. People above us we like a heard of elephants and kept us awake. Breakfast area very nice and food good. Only complaint was really the shower. Noise wasn't hotel fault just rude people

Nice hotel, staff very pleasant

The hotel was a good experience. Although the rooms were small and only a small chair to sit in and a desk and an office chair. There were 3 adults and one child in the room. But very clean.

A new hotel and everything is excellent.

My family likes this hotel very much, especially my kids... it's their most favorite one compared with all hotels we had stayed during the past years' family trip. Because our tight trip plan, we could only stay there for 2 nights, otherwise, we'd definitely stay at there for few more nights.

Nice affordable hotel, near the city.

Staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast good. Close to main artery so easy to access coming and going. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Nice hotel near shopping malls

The staff were very polite and helpful. The gym was a nice addition. The room was very nice. The cookies in the lobby were good too!

Nice hotel - excellent swimming pool for kids

Great facilities, many great restaurants nearby for dinner. Hotel did a very good breakfast - kids loved making their own waffles! Directions to hotel slightly challenging - but overall great stay.

Nice place

Pool was great. Kids enjoyed it , especially the shallow 3ft deep end and the slide! The microwave in the room was not clean from the previous guest's spaghetti dinner . The breakfast buffet in the am was not great as most items were cold. Overall, nice place to stay and staff were very welcoming!

Not recommended

We did get a reasonable deal on the price. However, the deal came with a price, too. First, we booked the hotel because it was the end of a two week trip across the Maritimes and we thought it might be nice to have a pool to relax a bit. We didn't even get to the pool. We were disappointed.

The hotel itself appears to be new however the heating element for the hot tub was broken and the pool water was very cold. I had booked a room for 5 but once we arrived, we were told we couldn't have a rollaway bed in the room as it would block the door. We couldn't fit all 5 of us in 2 queen beds. Great Hotel beginning to show depreciation

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had good service, but this last visit was a bit disappointing. Was quoted a company rate when I mentioned that I was in town for work. Had to ask twice to have the rate changed and was still charged full rate on my credit card. Easy to get to if your passing through

We arrived late and were treated to courteous check-in. Room was comfortable only negative was the small fridge without a freezer compartment. Breakfast the next morning was good but standard for Hampton Inn. Would stay again if passing through.

Good hotel for families

This hotel is perfect for families - the pool was great, breakfast was good for the kids. the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located for restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy

Close to shopping

Early for check-in by 30 min so we were moved to a room that was ready. We asked to be away from sports teams, we were placed on the first floor along the same hallway as the pool...needless to say, it was loud. Pretty good for the money

Not too impressed with the hot breakfast: it was stone cold, not very appitizing. Bathroom was not cleaned too good and bathroom door would not close

Good hotel with a nice little pool.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. It was in a great location for doing some shopping. The room was clean, the service friendly, the breakfast was better than most and although the pool is rather shallow, it was refreshing and fun. Overall, just a really nice stay. I'd recommend this hotel.

We booked it for pur family vacation. The room is very clean. The pool is a plus for the kids. The hot breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay.

About 3 miles from the water front and down town, but a couple of malls very close.. About a mile from the freeway. I would stay there again for sure.

A new hotel

I have booked a room with two queen beds for 5 adults and expected a roller bed can be provided when I checked in. To my disappointed, no roller bed and I asked for a gym pad instead but replied negative. Nothing could be solved.

Great location close to water.

We only stayed two night, but we can always trust Hampton Inn to be a nice hotel.

Problem solved

The room only had a shower. We have a small baby. It was hard to shower a small baby. No worries we will go swimming to "keep clean". One problem, pool was closed for repair. The manager moved us to a jacuzzi suite. Problem solved. Awesome service. Nice hotel. Great breakfasts.

pleasing stay

Close to all shopping in east side of city. Hotel clean and new with friendly staff. Room was welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend it to friends.

Stay Here!

We traveled to St. John via the ferry from Digby. St. John was an interesting town and there was a street fair going on when we arrived which was fun. The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was perfectly clean and everything looked new. My mom said that breakfast was the best she'd ever had at a hotel. There are plenty of people servicing the breakfast area. Overall the hotel was very quiet.

Nice enough hotel in a newer part of the city

We were somehow given the wheelchair accessible room on the main floor (didn't need or ask for this) so the room was quite large for just two people. But it was nice to have a bit more room to stretch out and relax - especially the nice big shower. St John in July

The hotel accommodations are pretty good, including the better than average breakfasts. Pool looked clean. Gym area was OK but TV wasn't working. As an American I had a hard time finding programming and asked the staff if there was an equivalent to USA channel. He tried to answer but the reply appeared to be wrong. I prefer St Andrew; homier.

Way up on a hill but close to everything. Too close to Costco, wife couldn't resist.

We had an amazing time staying here, it was my husband and i and our 3 boys. The rooms were cozy and clean, loved the waterslide pool. Clean hotel with a good buffet breakfast. If you are on the run they have a breakfast package to go. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance and minutes to the airport or downtown.

Good points: people polite and nice, keen to help in person. Bad points: I booked and paid my room through Expedia. Nevertheless I was charged again by the Hotel . I contacted the Hotel and they mentioned that was going to be solved in less than 24 hours. Nothing has happened so far and I will have to call again. No good at all.
