we arrived at the montreal airport at 12:30 a.m. with two small children...only to discover that the shuttle bus to the hotel does not run from 12-4 a.m.....the web site said free shutttle...very disappointing....not only cost $25 for a taxi but we walked up and down stairs at the airport from the shuttle stop to the taxi stop...and because we booked through expedia the hotel could not be... plus

Close to the PE Trudeau airport

The motel was clean and staff very friendly. Everyone spoke English to us. The breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea was enjoyable. The workout room was clean.

Appreciated the breakfast (hot and cold) included with the room, although no trays were available to carry food to your table or back to your room. Coffee was available 24 hours, however no basket of fruit as I have seen in other Hampton Inn & Suites locations. The rooms are clean but the housekeepers provide just one shampoo for 3 people in the room. The service for breakfast was very poor. The bagels were not fresh and hard to chew.The number of yogurts was very limited. Approximately one hour before the end of breakfast timing, the lady said that there was no more yogurt left. Great stay

We recently stayed here while attending Comiccon with a group of teens. The hotel was great - the kids enjoyed the pool, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly (and didn't laugh too hard at us in our cosplay outfits!). We would definitely stay here again :)

Good quality hotel for this price range

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding in the area and were overall satisfied with the quality of the hotel, given the price. We were two couples sharing the room, and it worked very nicely for us. We would stay again, if we were looking for a place in the area.

Spent 3 nights here with a youth hockey team. Staff was very accommodating - from providing meeting space to advice on area attractions and restaurants.

Hotel was clean, staff helpful. Location safe (in a suburb of Montreal). Close to airport and major highways. Quiet. Breakfast lacked in options for people with food sensitivities. Service staff was at a loss to provide options. Today, with so many food allergies, every hotel should at least know how to address such inquiries.

It was a lovely hotel, nice art in the lobby. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
But the curtain in the room can't be closed properly, the sun woke us up at 5:30am in the morning, which affect our sleep quality.

Always a great stay

Efficient service and always a pleasure to stay at a Hampton Inn for business travel. The complementary buffet breakfast is fresh and lots of variety. The rooms are clean although some of the older Hampton's don't have exhaust fans in their bathrooms.

For good value for money I always stay at the Hampton brand only. You will feel like home away from home. Great location (close to good restaurants, shopping malls), helping staff, good breakfast all adds to satisfaction.

A great hotel to stay in. I like the fact that a hot buffet breakfast is included as this saves time in the mornings and you get off to start the day with a full stomach. A lot of the Hampton hotels bathrooms don't have exhaust fans which needs to be addressed.

First visit to Montreal

Waffles are delicious. Wonderful breakfast. Cozy beds. Half hour drive though, from attractions. Thanx to rush hours that seem to last 3 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening, the drive to and fro was not fun.

Always Love Hampton

Other than a less-than-clean duvet cover, my room at the Hampton was, as always, most acceptable. My brother found it noisy the last time we were all there (in February 2014), but I didn't notice any noise either the last time or at my most recent visit. I travel to Montreal several times per year. I always stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptional. They go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Rooms are well appointed. Complimentary breakfast is average...but the staff definitely make up for it!

Great Hotel

I would command this hotel to anyone who don't want to pay too much when visiting mtl. The personnel is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room are big and comfortable. The free hot continental breakfast is ok not a big fan of these types of breakfast but free is free so you can't complain.

We stayed here recently for a weekend in April to visit McGill. Great location since it was only 20 minutes away from downtown Montreal and close to restaurants and shops. One of the Best

This was one of the better Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Almost like new. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very quiet. Only down side, a little ways from the airport and difficult to find if not from around the area.

Montreal Business Visit

Great service. I would have liked to see more selection on the restaurant but it was overall good food. They were extremely flexible with the Shuttle Service as a business person this was very important to me keeping down the company taxi expenses. I would definitely return.

Overnight Stay

The hotel was clean; the staff were both friendly and helpful. The hotel location was ideal for our follow-on journey home with VIA Rail. Additionally, the free shuttle to the train station was a bonus. The breakfast was better than we had expected. A welcome respite at the tail end of a long journey from Morocco.

We booked a Park and Fly option at this hotel for our March Break get away, March 7 - 14. When booking a room, you can then park for 7-8 days in their main parking lot.

Great value Hotel especially for a family. Despite being near the Airport and Main highway the rooms are quiet. Hotel was clean throughout and the Breakfast wasn't too bad for a freebee. Stay clear of the scrambled egg pellets, but everything else was OK. Nice to have a swimming pool and gym, both of which were clean and tidy.

A bit far from Dorval

We arrived at 8 pm and hadn't eaten. There were no restaurants within walking distance so we had to order in. We ended up eating at 9pm. Eat before you get there!

Another wonderful Hampton

I have stayed at a handful of Hampton Inns across Canada and the USA. To date ALL of them have been wonderful travel experiences. Definitely recommended. I was especially pleased with the ease of logging into the complimentary wifi and the hot breakfasts.

Perfect ending to a vacation

We parked our car for one week and stayed at the Hampton Inn on our way back from a trip to Mexico. The hotel shuttle picked us up promptly even though it was late at night and returned to the hotel to a king size bed as requested. This is a very nice and clean hotel that offers a lovely... plus

Great service, great rooms! No smell

“We had bed bugs in our bed and the staff did not apologize or seem surprised, or concerned. At checkout they didn't ask how the stay was, if the new room was any better (we obviously switched rooms) or apologize at that time. The shower curtain was also stained, which is gross when you want to be clean!”
