Superb service excellence

Not only was the room nicely appointed, clean, and ready for use but also the air conditioning was "on" and the room temperature. Front desk staff were most helpful in providing guidance and direction to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Water slide, and more

Excellent hotel here in Lethbridge. Very clean rooms. Lots of plugins for gadgets. Friendly staff. Cool pool with twisty and fast water slide. Breakfast was well stocked and spacious seating area. No complaints, good stop, and would stop here again.

Good place to stay with children

Our grandson really enjoyed the water slide and pool. The hot breakfast also was superior to many we have experienced at other hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Lethbridge.

Great value for the money. Rooms large and well equipped and breakfast second to none with many hot and cold items to choose from. Staff friendly and offered appetizer vouchers to local restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel

This hotel is great for a business or family stay. The rooms are new and tastefully decorated. It has a small but spacious workout facility and a nice sized pool for the kids. They have a hot breakfast in the morning. The nearby casino also has a nice, well priced restaurant. This hotel is good value for money. Definite recommend!

Excellent value/service

The quality of the service we experienced was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left. Very clean and functional room comfortable for a family of five. Air conditioner was a little loud but otherwise an exceptional value.

Comfortable, quiet, immaculate & friendly

As a pilot, I travel for a living and stay at numerous hotels. This facility was comfortable, quiet, immaculate awith a staff that was dedicated to customer service. Whether on a single overnight or extended stay, the Hampton Inn in Lethbridge will be my hotel of choice! While not "cookked to order" the breakfast was better than average.

Top notch service

Stayed here for business for a few days. The front desk people are always super pleasant and helpful. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. My only complaint about this hotel (and it extends chainwide) is that the beds are on the hard side. They have a full hot breakfast that starts at 6am. Great hotel and great staff

Loved the stay

Room was very comfortable, every single one of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful (front desk, kitchen, cleaning, etc). Some of the best service we've ever had at any hotel, including the Jasper Park Lodge.

K-9 meeting palce

Good hotel, excellent staff, just too many K-9 units staying there for Police training and the dogs woke several people up for several nights at 0300, 0230 and 0345. Need to be considerate of other guests

Great stay and quality

This is a well kept, nice property with solid breakfast. It is in an industrial area with a Tim Hortons nearby. Check in was quick, price was decent, design of rooms was great and they had an nice central seating area.

Wonderful Friendly staff

Outstansing place to stay, everything was perfect! Breakfast although limited for a Celiac person was wonderful! I was able to have a GF Muffin along with other items. This was a treat! Rooms were clean, comfortable and I will always stay with Hampton on my travels!

The hotel itself is OK, but there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (other than for breakfast, which we did not stay for) and nothing within walking distance (unless you like car dealerships). The rooms are clean and well looked after and the hotel (it's really a motel) is close to Highway 3. The staff is very good.

Great hotel experience

I have stayed at the Hampton multiple times, and they always deliver. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a delishous complementry breakfast. I will definitly stay at a Hampton again! This time we went with a jacuzzi room as well, def worth the small price upgrade for what you get.

Good hotel for the price

Good hotel for the price, avoid if they have sports teams here, there were a couple of baseball teams staying the weekend we were here and they destroyed the pool and hot tub. Also avoid the hot breakfast, this was the most pitiful breakfast I have had at a hotel, definitely not up to other Hampton hotel standards

When we stay it's during the week & the rooms are so quiet. Great Value with Breakfast. Great staff at front desk. Close to the casino. The staff can give you ideas on where to eat. There are new buildings and services being built in the area each time I come for business.

All in all, very clean and quiet. Very good bang for your buck. Only there for two nights on business, but I would definitely stay there again as it was relaxing.Unfortunately, a coworker booked it and I do not have any type of reward plan for that line of hotels.Also, the staff did not make me aware of any available.
