The hotel is clean and had everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING! It's not just a job to the employees, they actually take the time to get to know their guests and take the time to make you feel at home.

Hotel was in a bind because Hilton 800# booked us in a smoking room without telling us. Hotel was 100% full. Hotel receptionist worked with us to locate an acceptable room and juggled bookings to place us in a room. She went above and beyond to correct Hilton reservation error. Everything was excellent. Pool was a bit too warm on a hot day but other than that perfect. Wish I had a bed that nice at home. Staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was great. Rooms were really clean and nice.

The entire staff was so friendly and ready to help at the drop of a dime. There is a little convenience store in the lobby if you need any snacks or toiletries. Breakfast was different and delicious every morning. Cab to downtown is expensive, so please plan accordingly for that.

Great spot, close to highways. Staff were terrific. The only suggestion for improvement I have relates to the hot breakfast. They should either improve it using non franken food or simply cancel it. The cold breakfast items were terrific.

When are we going to receive these new Hampton Inn's in the US? This hotel is one of the newer hotel models Hampton is implementing. The room, lobby, and bathroom were all clean. Good value for the money. Within 20-30 minutes of Montreal depending on traffic. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Plentiful parking in the front and back lots. Unexpected Charm

The front desk staff were amazing. Pierre helped us plan out our evening plans which were to take place in downtown Montreal. The checkout process was also very delightful. Clean, quiet, off the main highways surrounding Laval, with a friendly staff and great included breakfast. The pool was a godsend for the kids, and I enjoyed the exercise room. I'll remember to ask for firmer pillows though, the next time we stay.

I do have a hard time understanding why this property is #2 in Laval as the city features a few "premium" properties. That said, this hotel delivers on the "Hampton Inn promise" of quality and good value.
