Asian food pet peeve No. 2 (after giving me cold rice)- not waving the noodles out when you cook them! The "bowl" of noodle (seriously it was still bowl shaped when I got it, so obviously pre cooked) sat sadly at the bottom of overly sweet beef pho and everything was stuck together. Back down to a 3. They've raised their prices by ~$1 each item and I came there this week and again, it took way too long to receive an order of spring rolls and one order of pho. Also, it was sooo hot and stuffy in the restaurant. We moved outside to the patio but the utensils were really gross.

So, I am deducting 1 star!

If you are a fan of spring rolls this place rocks. I often order the chicken or pork satay and spring roll over vermicelli and always find it satisfying. The spring rolls are pretty darn big and taste great. I have also had their House Special Pho and their rare steak and brisket Pho and they are both good. Their vietnamese subs are pretty decent too.

Did I say I like their spring rolls?

My only gripe is that there is no legitimate hook in the women's washroom stall to my hang my purse. Am I supposed to hold it while I do my business?

Still my favorite pho place in greater Vancouver. Everything is just so fresh and good. Missed the food here so much when I was away.

I often go to the kingsway location and have tried 3 different dishes there (read my reviews there) and they were all exceptionally good. I Love this spot. Yes, there are others and they were not my favourite spring rolls in the beginning. Now that I have switched from rare beef pho to vegetarian....I can't say enough about how perfect their Veg version is. Super tasty food, in a clean setting, nicely decorated. They have put effort into not only their great food, but also the setting, and the prices are very reasonable and totally affordable! Best Vietnamese we have found in Vancouver so far! Will be back again & again ;)

Soup was between warm and hot. The taste was a bit tart but it didn't bother me.

best pho in Richmond. R4 is my fav but seafood pho is good too. There are so many kinds so I never get bored. Variety of spring rolls, all of them are tasty. Also try their Vietnamese dishes as well.

Excellent Pho and Hu Tieu Mi

Great Pho place. Simple and authentic. Try the Hu Thieu Mi, pork broth based soup (vs. Pho which is beef based) with seafood! They don’t take American Express, but then not too many small places like this one do in Richmond anyway.

The food here has definitely gone down hill. I think they have new kitchen staff as the food used to be good. My last time here the beef tendon was under cooked (still cold) and the garnish had too much onions. The wait staff just shrugged it off and walked away when I inquired about this. I used to come here often but I'll likely be passing and going somewhere else for my pho fix.

This is my second time to Lemongrass and it was just as good as the first time. I love this place - I eat hear a few times per month.

Everything on the menu is good and everything is served fresh.

I am not a vegetarian, but I especially love their veggie rolls. They have cilantro, basil, carrots, srouts, tofu, peanuts and noddles in a rice wrap. The peanut sauce is amazing!

The owners and staff are all very courteous and the service is always excellent.

On a cold, cloudy Vancouver night a bowl of hot Pho is what my friends and I craved.

Although the prices are slightly higher than my regular Pho diner, lemongrass is a good choice for tasty Pho.

I love pho, and Green Lemongrass is one of my favourites in Richmond. There is a lot of pho places around, but I think I like this one a large part due to the architecture/ambiance inside. It is defiantly a good place to take a date, better then your typical "cafeteria style" looking pho restaurant.

I used to love their Bun Bo Hue but my gosh the food was so bad to the point I couldn't stomach the whole bowl (which I almost always do finish) and I hate wasting food. I'm tired of tiny thin crust spring rolls with fish sauce that seem to be more and more the norm in local restaurants. Not here!! Big meaty rolls with a wonderful thick chewy deep fried coating. I used to go to Kingsway's one and found it has another shop at Richmond. This is the first time I came here, however, I found quite disappointed.

Menu was the same, however, the soup base and taste wasn't good as Kingsway one.

The service was slow and bad. The waitress was passed over the hot bowl of noodle to me instead of put on the table.

This place used to be great. When they first opened up, I loved it!
I sitll like it alot, but the last time we ate there it seemed it was getting tired.

Not as good as the Kingsway location (yelp.ca/biz/green-lemong…) for three reasons:

- Bo Luc Lac ('Shaken Beef') - had it at the Kingsway location before and it was awesome. Here - the rice was soggy and overcooked and not much tomato flavour. Portions seemed bigger though - but I rather have better rice.

Came all the way from Houston, Texas and my first meal was here! Hands down BEST VIET FOOD in the Vancouver area! I def want to go back to eat the food.

One of the more authentic and definitely better tasting Vietnamese restaurants in the greater Vancouver area. This is the closest I'm going to get to my mom's home cooking. The broth is clean like the eating environment, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Lemongrass!

Until now, eating Vietnamese food for me only consisted of pho, pho and more pho. Despite the fact that the other Vietnamese restaurants I have been going to had other dishes on their menu, the eating environment sure did not inspire any confidence in me to try anything not in boiling noodle soup. not a bad place for PHO. been here several times as it is close by...limited parking, food is good, price is right. i gave it 4-stars because it is above average (7/10), better than most PHO places that pump out quantity and not quality.

Cool little place for Pho in the center of Richmond. Limited parking, but there's ample street parking around. In its own little house, Green Lemongrass feels different than other Vietnamese restaurants.

It's a small place, with about 40 seats in total. Tonight, being a Monday, it wasn't too busy and we got a seat quickly.

Great service even in busy hours. The food is so so. I love the food at Little Saigon in Hamilton. To me this is the best Vietnamese restaurants oversea. I will visit it again when I am back in December for my friend's daughter wedding.
