Very nice hotel, we stayed twice - very comfortable beds, quiet rooms. We stayed there with friends. The first time, there was a bus full of people having breakfast so it was very noisy but the 2nd time, we liked it.

We had a great stay - the hotel has a striking modern decor but was also comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice too. Best of all was the location across from the Galeries de la capitale mall and the indoor amusement park - great for travelling with kids.

We stayed in Times for a day on aug 28.. The hotel was pretty much new.. The breakfast was awesome.. if i visit again , i will stay here only.. even though it's far from quebec city... Initially the wi-fi was not working..They fixed it in 15 mins by changing the router.. overall i would recommend couples to stay here..... plus

Excellent location

This is a hotel that's trying to be hi-tech and hip, but it's great for everyone. The location is perfect - just 15-20 minutes from the old city, and across the street from a huge mall with lots of restaurants (relaxed dining and fast food). The breakfast is very good, too. This hotel was very plain looking form the outside, but the inside was beautiful! The room was spacious and very modern. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and bathtub. That is disgusting! Spent one night here with family on our way to New Brunswick. Decor was ok, not much selection for breakfast.
During check-in, the girl gave me some form to sign which was in French only. I asked her for the English version, she replied there wasn't any.

Good location; price was a good value ($125 per night), but this hotel have a big identity crisis - it is NOT a Boutique Hotel. This was a quick business trip where i wasn't in the hotel very long - midnight til 7am. But the staff was helpfull, the bed was comfy and the room was clean and quiet.

My Husband and I stayed at this Hotel August 10th, 2009 - August 14th, 2009.

We are a family with two toddlers and found the staff at this hotel to be quite friendly and helpful. They are bi-lingual and were quite helpful in providing us with directions to get downtown Quebec.
