Hotel is well located from airport. Away of course from center of Quebec city. Great staff, nice quiet lounge area with fireplace , located close to very good restaurants .

Convenient, Clean, Pleasant, but with limited facilities on site. Catering outlets nearby Shuttle to airport (fee) Inconvenient for us that despite checking before booking that some of our luggage could be stored until we returned a week later we found on arrival that it couldn't.

This was a great place to stay if traveling by air. The front desk staff was very helpful in printing boarding passes. The rooms were spacious, clean and were quiet. It was close to eating places and a short drive to the airport. We caught a cab for $10.

A clean and pleasant overnight stay. Facilities were impeccable and the staff was outstanding. The facilities are very contemporary in style. Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay although it was close to the airport it was quite a ways away from the main tourists attractions and the lovely old quebec.I also was shocked about the hotel shuttle fare, i have never had to pay for hotel shuttle before it was always a complimentary service provided by the hotel.

Clean and nice for people with a decent budget

The service was wonderful and the room was clean. Only problem was location. As tourists trying to find out way through Quebec, the hotel was a bit "far" from major attractions (i.e. old Quebec). I put "far" in quotations because it was only a 15-20 minute drive, but for people who don't know the area, don't know the roads and highway system, that's a long drive.

Lobby and rooms are very modern. Controlling room temperature was not intuitive. We ended up not sleeping well as the room was way too warm. Hôtel et chambre très propres, excellent déjeuner inclus, bon accueil par contre bruit de l'air climatisé très incommodant (avons dû l'arrêter). Bien situé, près des principales artères, grand stationnement.

La propreté des lieux est très bien. Pour les lits, nous sommes habitués avec un matelas plus dur. Alors pour cela notre sommeil n'a pas été récupérateur. **Important, je crois que la qualité des lits était très bonne.** Le service a été fait de facon professionnel avec le soussis de satisfaire la clientèle.

Le seul point faible, est qu'il n'y ait pas de cafetière dans les chambres et que pour le déjeuner nous devons nous servir de couverts et ustensiles jetables. Pour le reste, rien à redire, tout était parfait !

We stayed this hotel for 4 days. Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and we were surprised that they speak English very well . Stayed here a handful of times and every time was the same: friendly staff, modern furnishings, clean rooms and chocolates on my pillow! A large soaking bathtub (that was clean) European breakfast coffee, juice, breads and croissants, cheese and fruit. Excellent value..

Good Breakfast included, the room was OK, the pool is too small, only two machines in the gym. The only issue was that the toilet got blocked and they take long time to unblock it.
