great pub with good food
Just started going here recently and found you generally get a lot for what you pay, and the cook knows what they are doing which is nice. .. pub foods done right! Too bad they weren't open Sundays too. Comfortable atmosphere, clean, & friendly staff
Great service and food
I've been to the Frog and Toad a few times and no matter who is working I have great service and the food is always delicious. The food also comes out in a timely matter so if you're in a rush you can get in and out or if you want to relax there's no pressure to get you out the door.

Good noon time specials
February 21, 2013The food is great and portions are a good size. Always fresh and hot. Love the surroundings I just wish there was wheel chair accessibility to take a friend with me. Very cozy and a great gathering place with friends. Tv's are a little loud but they will turn them down when asked.

pub food but good
October 21, 2012we enjoyed it, have been a couple times when in NG, hubby liked the cajun frog legs, the chicken nachos were massive, the chicken wrap was tasty and the beef dip etc were all good pub food done right.

Great food

The restaurant is a cool basement room with good atmosphere and pub decore. There is a Martini bar as well.
Garlic mashed potatoes to die for! Steak and fish specials were delicious. The glass of wine was a generous serving. Service was quick and food was piping hot. MMM.

Prices rising rapidly, food going downhill
April 25, 2012The waitress staff is great,The expensive chicken nachos are probally the worst i ve ever had with the bottled cheese and the cheapest nacho chips available.Plate full of chips with all the topping on the top.Outside of plate filled with lettuce to have it look bigger.
