Stayed at the Fox Motor inn twice. Each time the hospitality has been excellent and the rooms are really clean.
The pool is clean and there's a nice little restaurant right across the street.

Just spent two nights at the Fox while icefishing in the Napanee area. The location is perfect, the owners verey friendly and helpful and the rooms spotless. A good family restaurant just across the street. If you are going to need a place to stay in the Napanee area the Fox is the place.

A pleasant surprise! Rooms were absolutely immaculate.
I am writing this review a few months after a summer stay but I am booking this place again in a few days.
Great pubs a short distance away and a little diner across the street for breakfast.
Nice little place for a romantic stop on a roadtrip through the corridor.

Excellent spot for family stop

Incredibly clean, very well maintained, and very friendly family-owned motel. Stopped here over thanksgiving weekend for one night. Excellent value, especially when comparing to hotel chains further down the 401. Wifi offers a strong signal, no extra cost. Simple breakfast, perfectly adequate.

A home away from home

I have been staying at the Fox while working away from home. It is a very comfortable and clean motel with friendly and helpful staff. I would reccomend it to anyone while travelling or looking for a nice spot to stay. Great spot for fisherman as well, the walleye fishing close by in the Bay of Quinte is world class.

We stayed here while in town for a curling bonspiel. The motel is 1960 vintage but has been updated and is spotless. Double beds but excellent mattresses. Very friendly management. Rooms are small but for an overnight stay very adequate. A family style restaurant is right across the street.

The motel is very clean, very well maintained. It's definitely VERY rare to see a motel this good (but remember it's still motel-class). Nice modern TV, fridge, excellent bathroom and shower. Adjustable heating thermostat that works. These are all excellent and I would stay again, no question!
