Clean and Comfortable

Would never attempt to stay again

The Four Points rates 5 stars in my estimation. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the last few years and this is one of the finest. We chose this hotel so that my Mom could visit West Edmonton Mall and for my Graduation and so we could fly out of Edmonton. Location, shuttle service and price ultimately were the deciding factors, although in hindsight we wished we had looked for one that also included breakfast. Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel. I am here for work regularly and absolutely love staying here. The bed is so comfortable, relaxing and really helps after a long day of travel. It is very quiet, and allows for a very restful sleep.

Sheraton never disappoints me! Nice new hotel, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a great restaurant. Never heard a peep throughout the night.
Free transportation to and from airport, and free parking if you travel and want to leave your car.

So Comfortable
May 04, 2014Love the Sheraton's, after a long day of travelling, the rooms are clean, the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel chain, the bedding is crisp and white and clean. The single cup coffee in the take out mugs is a great idea. We will continue to be Sheraton guests

Nice new Hotel
April 21, 2014Four Point hotels are becoming very common as Airport Hotels. They usually are new, modern and nice for an overnight stay. This hotel meets those criteria. The one issue is location. Train noise and street noise were abundant and throughout the night. Was not a peaceful hotel for sleep.

This is a nice, new hotel by the Edmonton International Airport.
There is free wifi in the hotel rooms, and a large flat-panel television (over 40 inches).
The room also has a mini-fridge and microwave, and coffee maker.
The fitness room has dumbbells, a few cardio machines, 2 spin bikes, yoga mats, medicine balls, natural light and high ceilings....

Overnight stop after flight. Shuttle was fairly quick. Beds and pillows are great. Room is clean and bathroom has very nice shower and fixtures. Checked in after 1 am our reservation was held and front desk staff were efficient and pleasant even at that late hour.

Great stay
January 27, 2014My husband and I stayed here with our 5 month old baby before an early morning flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked about Chinese take out in the area. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location if you need to overnight near the airport as it's just down the road.

If you need to stay near the airport for timing of departure and convenience this is a great choice - great to have an in-house restaurant. Enroute on Holidays here is a nice place to eat & sleep

November 10, 2013My main floor room was 10 to 12 feet high, as was the corridor, but rather than being decorated to advantage, the 'minimal' decor left it feeling cavernous and cold. It was clean, near the airport, with a shuttle, and a nice staff, but I can't say it was good value for money compared to other Edmonton South and Airport hotels.
