Excellent accommodation close to Calgary, COP.

Stayed one night midweek, wanting a quiet, restful place. This hotel was just what I needed.

Rooms are comfortable just for going to sleep. Halls did not have any ventilation system and smell badly

Clean comfortable bed

I stayed in a king room for an overnight business trip. Bed was comfortable with crisp white linens. Some noise from my neighbours in the adjacent room, but really not a big deal. Nice hotel with great restaurant

Stayed 2 nights for wedding in October. A bit noisey if your room faced the highway but we just put our air conditioner fan on. Nice suite layout and great restaurant.

The room was clean. Large room, large bathroom, balcony was ok. Big TV Single king size room was spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel/room to anyone and everyone. kitchen closed a little early but very satisfied.

bad experience

Was greeted at front desk with! What time will you be checking out. Then that night the hotel was surrounded by calgary police due to a disturbence, a man with a gun. Then night 2 the fire alarm went off and all had to leave the building. Worst vacation ever.

Shower did not drain. Room smelled musty.

Dinner in the restaurant was good. Had the steak and a beer. Next morning the shower did not drain and I stood in a pool of water. The room smelled a bit like a locker room but was clean otherwise.

Easy accessible hotel

Very friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Enjoyed our stay. Our view was looking over the ski jump hill, which was nice, except it was noisy due to the highway. The internet was terrible and when your staying with teenagers it can get very annoying.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. Only downside was being next to a highway, a little loud but not too bad.

Water slide!

Our family loved the pool and water slide. My only complaint was that the elevator seems very sslloowww and exiting the hotel only through the front entrance seemed tedious. The breakfest buffet was only okay. But the rooms were great, the beds comfortable and the staff was nice.

Rooms quite small and so so clean

It was nice to be so close to Calaway Park. Even though it is right along the highway it was nice and quiet. Liked the balcony with every room. We had fun in the pool, the kids really liked the water slide.

Good location.

Hotel was nice, realitively clean and comfortable. A travelling companion found gum on their light stand. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Wasn't impressed with having to pay more than twice the usual rate just because Stampede was on. Then to top it off we were asked to save the environment by not getting fresh fresh towels or our bed made. Pretty Good

Our room was clean and enjoyable. The construction across the street was somewhat annoying, but it could have been worse and this isn't the hotels fault.

Loved it!

Our stay at the Four Points Sheraton West was a great experience from the time we walked in, at ten in the morning, and were allowed an early check-in, until we left the next day at check-out time. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Just to recharge after a long day

Always here on business trips.
Stayed on levels 2 and also level 3.
Facing the Olympic Park is always good but it can get a little noisy with traffic zipping by.
The windows or doors are not sound proof and hence the provided ear plugs.
Restaurant is always worth a visit, and ask for the daily special

Nice Stay, Easy Access

Hotel was easy to get to as we were just heading in for a quick stop over and it was nice to get to see the Olympic Park and still be close to amenities without having to go downtown. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were small but very clean. My husband thought the beds were really uncomfortable but I thought they were fine.

Basic hotel. Relatively simple rooms with good bathroom. Rooms do offer good amenities, such as mini-refrigerator and large flat-panel TVs. Service is good and friendly. On the downside: rooms are quite noise, especially the ones facing the high way; breakfast is sub-standard.

My husband and I stayed here for a night with our 4 year old daughter on our way back home when it was getting fairly late; so we decided to call it a night.

Our room is great-balcony overlooking the 3 Olympic skijumps-breathtaking.The $15/pp buffet was not so great. Food that was available was decent however chafing pans were empty & always needing replenishment.

We stayed here for an overnighter tournament. Great location on the nicer side of Calgary. Close to amenities, McDonald's , gas station, Starbucks, Denny's. Nice and clean hotel. Nice room size. Restaurant was ok. Friendly service as my reservation was screwed up but they fixed it. Great location especially if you are going to the Olympic park. It is close to the highway. Just be careful going up the slope/hill when driving.

We were here in January for a ringette tournament. We checked in Friday afternoon and checked out 15 hours later. This was not long enough to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. I stay at this hotel occasionally for business. It is conveniently located close to highway one west (to banff) and Stoney Trail ( ring road). Have had breakfast from the buffet, was good, average priced. Rooms are nice with small balcony. Email check out is convenient. This must be the most expensive 4 points in the chain? Is it worth the money? Perhaps since it is clean, conveniently located for many things and the staff is friendly enough. Only one entrance which is terrible especially when the weather is cold and you are walking across a very windy parking lot

What a great spot. The view is spectacular. The service is outstanding. The coffee shop and the restaurant are first class. What a great deal. The spa area and pool looked very inviting and clean. The front desk staff were the best.

We stopped at a few other hotels in Calgary and kept looking before finding this one. While it is an older hotel that's been remodeled, the update was well done. Our room was clean and odor free. The décor is modern. The employee who checked me in was extremely friendly and attentive.

Stayed here for the night before Canada Day. Staff were very helpful giving us maps and directions and advice on food. Rooms clean and air conditioning good, needed as it was darn hot. Waterslide at the pool is so much fun! Nice clean room. Make sure to get a room with a separate sitting area - great if you have kids.
