Flirty Girll has moved to a new location on King West. I've been going to Flirty Girl of and on, for some time now. I mainly go for their muscle toning and cardio classes. I like that they have a punch card system instead of forcing you to pay a monthly or yearly fee. The instructors push you hard and you are sure to have have a good work out.

The Good: It was fun getting to do their pole-dancing classes. A major workout too! Arms were sore the next day. Hey, no pain, no gain, but I was fine 2 days later. Ladies of different levels were in the class so it was good to also see some pros work the poles (while, I of course, was just trying to do a complete spin).

I was disappointment with the Stiletto Striptease class I took May 11th. We didn't know to bring a shirt and tie, and there was a bridal shower which I am sure was great fun for the bride to be and her guests but for nobody to offer to take our pictures as well wasn't nice & this isn't the first time. Bought a pole from Flirty Girl and they vastly overcharged me as well as did not tell me the import tax would be over $100 above the price of the pole. The pole itself is flimsy and hard to install. I also have the Lil Mynx pole and much prefer it. It is solid and easy to install. Should have just gone back to Lil Mynx. Grrrr. Do not buy a pole from Flirty Girl.

Don't let the cute name and girly, fluffy interior fool you...the trappings of this gym look genteel but once you get a taste of some of their workouts...you will feel the pain as well as earn some extra abs in the process.

The instructors were very friendly, helpful and positive..she taught us a whole pole routine while at someone's bachelorette party.

I love Flirty Girl! It's a fun, girly atmosphere with workouts that will have you seeing results. I've attended several of their classes; yoga, hip hop, belly dance, Zumba/Zumba Party, pole dance, and sexy sculpt.

Flirty Girl Fitness can be amazing - there's a great selection of classes, and most of them are very challenging regardless of your fitness level (i.e., you can easily scale them up or down in intensity). In terms of instructors, Eneli's class is one of the hardest workouts you'll get; Tara's boxing class is challenging and fun; I also really enjoyed Karey's GI Jane and Kickass cardio classes.

This place is so much fun. I like that it doesn't take itself too seriously. My favourite classes are booty beat with MJ (an 80's style dance class), Zumba with Christine (a latin cardio class), and body blast (muscle toning class) with Tara. I visited Flirty twice as a guest, once for Zumba and once for Cardio HipHop. I found that both times the instructors assumed we all were familiar with the dance moves, and didn't explain much. For all my tripping over my feet, I broke a great sweat both times.
