I went to Eva's looking for a dress for my sons wedding.  The ladies were very friendly and were very patient with me as I was pretty specific about what I wanted.  We were finally able to find exactly what I wanted.  I went back for my fitting and I decided at the last minute that I wanted major alterations to the dress I had purchased and again, the ladies were happy to do what was necessary... more

Eva and her staff are amazing!  Eva herself helped me find my dream wedding dress.  A Maggie Sottero gown, I had done a lot of research online and was surprised to find that a store here in Thunder Bay carried such a high end collection.  It's great that you don't need an appointment and that they do alterations right in house.  I'm definitely recommending this boutique to everyone I know!

I've been in 2 wedding parties that ordered bridesmaid gowns here.  Prices were fair and even though one of the gowns came in a little big for me, they did the alterations and it all ended up fitting ok.

Terrible customer service and immature behavior from staff, we recommend you DO NOT go to this bridal store... It was the worst treatment we have ever had in our lives! I found shopping for my wedding dress at Eva's Boutique and Bridal an overall enjoyable experience. I went to the shop without making an appointment but i had an idea of the dress I would like and knew eva's stocked the designer. A horrible place, if you like being treated like dirt than this is the place, they will call your bridesmaids fat and dresses won't come in until a week before wedding even if you ordered them 6 months before.
