Excellent service! I got a free car upgrade, and when there wasn't anyone available to give me a ride home after I dropped the car off, someone visiting from head office drove me. Very nice!

Outstanding customer service. Kay and Dan were professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We had trouble booking with the phone dispatch centre yet this location still honoured the price they had quoted us at, no questions asked. They even picked us up at our bed and breakfast, despite it being outside of the Burnaby pick up area.
Thoroughly impressed.

I rented here because the staff were EXTREMELY polite and in good humour. Prices were very good, As well the Enterprise head office was very forthcoming in providing a replacement for a coupon only vaild in the USA. I have used Enterprise alot in the past and they are ALWAYS my first choice!!

They have moved to another location which is across the street from Brentwood mall on Lougheed highway.

My repair shop contracts their courtesy car rentals to this place and there's reason for it. They were very friendly and helpful staff.

They uphold their commercials code of conduct where they 'pick you up' anywhere and drop you off at your desired destination. Very convenient.
