Traveled from Vancouver, BC to Portland, OR. The staff at both locations were excellent. Dropping the car off at the Portland airport was the most friendly efficient staff.

This Enterprise has an absolutely great staff. When I was ready to pick up my car, they sent someone to pick me up from the River Rock Casino. I don't think this location offers a pick-up service normally, but they did it anyway, and quickly. When I arrived, they were able to help me merge my 2 reservations into 1 so I wouldn't have to return the car only to check it out again. The rates were... more
