Very disappointing - having booked an appoinment for my daughter (age 11 and myself) for maicure and pedicures we were given a ridiculous form to fill out on arrival. Then we chose our nail colours only to be told my daughter was below the acceptable customer age.

I went for the Brazilian Waxing. Overall it was comfortable and fast. Everything was clean and bright enough. The lady doing the waxing was very nice. She made me feel relaxed and welcome. I think I found my place.

Kayla spent much time explaining each service as this was a new experience for me. We talked about a proper pedicure maintenance program for good health. We also discussed in detail the spray tan appointment. All areas of the spa were shown to me and how to use item that I would personally interact with.
