People are helpful and seems nice but service takes forever.... I waited or still waiting.. I got here at 9am and its 11:17. They told me it takes 1 hour to get oil change so I decided to wait and here I am still waiting. Wasted my time

Service advisor, Jacky Wong is very good to deal with. Provides detailed explanations of work done, very fair and easy to talk to. I walked away not feeling like getting ripped off from typical "steal"erships.

I'm willing to make the longer trip to this dealership over OpenRoad Hyundai.

I had a peculiar smell coming from my vents after using my A/C. I had to live with the smell on a trip from Saskatchewan to the west coast. The Service Manager (Robert) diagnosed the issue and had s tech deal with it. Took all of 5 minutes and they had me on my way! No cost. Just great service and treated like a valued customer. A wonderful place, glad I stumbled upon them!!

Picking up the car was just as easy.

I spent more time waiting for my cappuccino to brew in the waiting area than having to deal with the paper work for my damaged car.

That's just for the patience, service and knowledge that Colin showed. Didnt know much about Hyundai but know they're getting better. Most notably is their luxury sedan, starting at $45K entry level, which pretty well has all the bells and whistles, with a 3.5 litre engine; unfortunately, for a high mileage guy like me, no 4 banger lol.

It took 20 minutes to find me in the computer even though I was in 1 week before. I paid $55 labour to change a $5 brake light on my Hyundai Sonata. Would not recommend, enough said.

Today she went there to get an estimate for a windshield repair and tire change for the vehicle to pass the ICBC test. I'm blown away by the service here at Destination Hyundai. So far so good. New Hyundai owner and the service deptartment is like checking into a hotel or spa!
Yikes - they are TOP notch in their service. No I don't work for Hyundai or related to anyone who works here, but if the service keeps up like this I may have to buy another Hyundai!

Bought a used Hyundai car from an owner. I brought it in so they could check:

1) the timing belt
2) change the oil for me.
3) reprogram spare key that I brought-in.
4) ensure the car is safe to drive.
5) Scan a CEL light

The front desk recommended I get the $90 Service #2 package.

really nice staff, up front about pricing and they washed and vacuumed my car pretty well. PLUS they have a rewards program - 5% of the money you spend can go towards future servicing or 10% can go towards a new car.

Impressed with the knowledge and personable staff. My wife's car was serviced quickly and for a reasonable rate.They will drop you off anywhere (probably within reason) in their courtesy car while your car is getting fixed. Would take our car back there for servicing again with no hesitation.

I brought my car in for servicing at this dealership for the first time and I highly recommend them for quick and professional work. They also have a shuttle which brought me back home while my car was being serviced, and picked me up when it was ready. They kept me up to date on the progress while the car was there. Also, they washed the car and cleaned and vacuumed the interior too!
