Good Clinic
September 28, 2012A nice clinic. Excellent dentists and assistants. Dr. Wong is very helpful and seems knowledgeable/experienced, although I am not a good judge because I didn't have any complicated work done.The only downside of the clinic is that it's pretty expensive - about $150 just for a checkup! September 27, 2012Thought perhaps it was because I was a fairly new patient, but chair side manners need to be better. Before you crank open my mouth for 2 hrs and "have at 'er", make sure I know exactly what you are doing today. I prefer that to seeing the list when I do to reception to pay. Asking a few questions about me and my day etc. goes a long way - instead I feel processed!!

Our daughters Visit
September 12, 2012Our 6 year old came in for her routine visit with a bounce in her step...as usual. She has never been afraid of the dentist as they have been fun, positive visits from the start. Our DH - Loretto was fabulous and both my husband and our daughter appreciated the time and attention that Dr.Killick gave them.

August 11, 2012The office is well run, but unfortunately the work I had done wasn't great. I had a broken vaneer and it was bonded back on, it lasted for 4 hours. When I tried to get back on the next day to have it fixed, the emergency dentist was not there as he had injured himself. Disappointment
August 01, 2012I was appalled at the cost of having my appliance adjusted! I was not in the chair for more than 5 minutes and then charged for the most minor adjustment. I have had my appliance adjusted before and was not charged so I was SHOCKED when I was asked to pay an exorbitant amount for the service. I'm very disappointed and would heavily consider leaving Dentrix because of this.
