I was pleased that they met my request for a room near elevator (I was travelling with my elderly parent, her walking is limited), I felt the rooms could have been cleaner; saw a build up of grime on sills, etc
We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. We got a corner room that had a queen bed and a pull out couch that when you pulled it out there was no room at all. The shower handle almost fell off and the elevators took FOREVER!! We wait at least 3-5 minutes and then when one stopped it was packed. Waited another 3-4 minutes and decided to hell with it and walked down from he 15th floor. Good pool just... more
Only a one night stay here, but though I would offer up my thoughts!
SERVICE: Excellent. Everyone from the front office staff to the doormen to the cleaners were friendly, accommodating and professional. The simple courtesy of a greeting in the hallway is not to be discounted. Good, prairie hospitality all-around!

On this trip out west we have stayed at a number of Delta hotels and to begin with, all have been a very pleasant positive surprise. The Delta Regina is no exception. Our great experience started with our check in. The front desk staff, and the doorman, were just super friendly and helpful and we felt at home from the... more
I travel a lot for work and often stay at Delta hotels. I must say of all the a Delta hotels I've stayed at Regina continues to be a disappointment. I have never had any issues with the staff or check-in / check-out - always friendly and helpful. I was given room on the 12th floor, a premier room, and... more
We were attending a wedding at the hotel, which was convenient. The wedding meal and facilities were good, but our personal stay was not what is expected when staying at a so called "nice" hotel: the waterslide was not in operation, and on our second last day all the water was turned off at the hotel for 8 hours--no toilets,... more
Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Requested a late check out and gave us an extra hour. The parking garage was being used for storage, assuming for the renos being done, which made for limited parking in the garage and didn't help when stupid people take up 2 parking spots. Rooms very clean, beds and pillows comfy. Had an issue... more
Were do I begin, our rates were different when we checked in. The hotel has construction going on, so waiting to get on elevators is taking forever. The parking lot underground is full of equipment so it makes parking a nightmare. The rooms are old carpets are dingy, noise level is terrible, just an overall nightmare. I will never stay... more
We had a great room at this hotel on the top floor. Wonderful! We also had room service one morning for breakfast which was excellent. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the mall and to the casino on the pedways. While we did have a good time here, I did have two complaints. The pullout bed was uncomfortable.... more
Modern decent sized rooms very clean and well up to specs. Bed a bit on the well used side but clean and gave a good night sleep. Breakfast was good and restaurant was very good value ! Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful from check in to check out .Rooms very clean and comfortable. There is a mall that connects to the hotel with an indoor walkway that is very convenient when the weather is bad. A spa located right in the hotel lobby with many services including great massages!! Overall great stay!
The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. Breakfast and service at the restaurant was very good as well.
We booked last minute and the hotel was amazing. Beautiful and right downtown. Loved the staff and the room was very clean
I was on a business trip and the wireless in my room worked great. Pleasurable stay.
Excellent location - Casino and mall attached - good service and friendly staff Limited room service menu - nice pool area - coffee shop in main lobby - underground parking but at $17 a night a bit much. Rooms a bit high in price for value
I stayed here for three nights in April, and my room was modern, clean, and had a decent view of Regina (if there is such a thing). The hotel fitness centre was above average, and clean.
My biggest complaint about the hotel is the hotel restaurant, and the lack of restaurant options directly around the hotel. Most of the restaurants...

I stayed in this hotel with my family when participating in the Regina Marathon weekend. I chose it because I have positive associations with the Delta brand and because it had a waterslide. We enjoyed our stay and the waterslide was indeed a big hit with my daughter. The room was clean and comfortable; the wifi was good; the staff... more
The Delta Regina is a nice hotel in a less than compelling area. It is fine if you are keen about the Casino (across the street) or the shopping mall (a short distance away). But downtown Regina is, sadly, not the most comfortable place.
Inside, this is a nice hotel -- very professional and helpful staff, nice (but standard) rooms,...

We went to Regina for a little famiky getaway with our 2 kids. We love that we can walk to the mall from this hotel. The kids had lots of fun at the pool and on the waterslide. We had to ask for a 4th set of towels. I think when you book a room for 4 people, there should... more
The Regina Delta is a top class hotel. Rooms are clean with los of room. Decor is lovely. There is a huge pool and many conference rooms. Best deal is to add breakfast onto your room. The Delta in Regina has been brought up to Delta Standards and has nice ammenties like a coffee bar and independent spa inside. I found the staff to be exceeding friendly (typical Canadian!). There is nothing special about the rooms in this hotel except for the price tag, had a suite which you had to go thru the bedroom to get to the bath room. great staff - friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. I would stay here again.
We stayed at the Delta Hotel last night and were seriously disappointed. We booked a Jacuzzi suite because we were 'planning' on having a nice romantic, relaxing night. That didn't happen. I booked this hotel because I had to attend a trade show being held there. I got a "special" rate for the one night so I was pleased about that. I asked if I could get that same rate for the rest of the week, but they declined to extend the offer. They wanted another $60 or so a night,... more
Stayed here for a business trip in March. The hotel itself is quite nice, the rooms are spacious and seemingly updated. I had a great view of the sunrise every morning. I stayed at the Delta for 2 nights in late March. The company that I was travelling for booked me into one of the renovated rooms on the penthouse level (25th floor).

It was clean, comfortable, secure.
For the price, one might have expected a slightly bigger or more updated room.

I don't think you can go wrong with this place, but it is unremarkable
My family of five stayed here for one evening and were very pleased with the service and amenities. Typically we stay in the new style of hotels in the new parts of cities that include the free breakfast etc. However we were quite impressed with the service, friendliness and family-friendly atmosphere at the Delta Regina. it was a business trip but with the hotels skywalks to parkade, casino and mall there was lots to do between meetings without having to worry about traffic. room service was great the food was hot and cooked perfect. the view was nice too.
Stayed here recently for one night on business. The hotel is OK, but average at best.
Given the rate of $189 per night, I would say it is quite expensive for what you get.

This hotel is in dire need of an update both physical and with staff. The hotel is showing its age with very poor heating and cooling units in each room, which make so much noise you can not sleep. There are some very important points I'm looking for in a hotel; comfortable beds, quiet, many outlets for my electronics, a good service and close to restaurants. Delta is WestJet's hotel if your flight is cancelled, as ours was. Regina at 29 below zero at 10:30 PM is not appealing, but the hotel was clean, room service excellent, wake-up call at 4:15 AM on time, taxi had been ordered, and we had a very decent stay. Yes, a little tired hotel, but part of the Casino, and... more
I personally did not think that the quality of the rooms was fair to what the price of the room was per night. Quite dated overall. No in-house movie service. Ordered room service with bottle of wine, needed to call back for bottle opener. Room temp maxed out at 69 F, thermostat wouldn't allow increasing temp. In-house restaurant has limited one page menu. Wouldn't recommend.
Very busy at checkin as it was the Thursday before Grey Cup. Staff was remained very friendly desipte how busy it was.
I found my room very noisy. Something would cut in every 10 to 15 minutes and there was a big roar for 10 or so minutes. Very nerve racking just get to sleep and noise would start again. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.
We stayed at the Delta for two nights recently. We had a standard queen room which was a little dated but very clean. The bed was clean & comfortable. Flew into Regina for a football game and we stayed at the Delta and as previous posters have mentioned it is convenient and does the job for a hotel in this area. Room was clean, restaurant was good for breakfast and we found the staff friendly.

Booked a room here in August and paid a little extra for a deluxe King on the top floor. It was worth it! The top floors are newly renovated and very clean and modern. Over the years, have stayed at Delta Hotels across Canada approximately 10 - 15 nights per year on both business and pleasure. Even in Cuba when they co-owned the Brisas Sierra Mar near Santiago. We recommend this hotel to out of town visitors. Great location with Casino right across the street and a big mall (Cornwall Centre) adjacent. I have also hosted business functions (meetings, training, conferences, etc.) at this hotel and find them to be highly professional in this regard - for groups of 15-500 they know how to host an event!
I like Delta hotels and tend to stay at them when I have the option. I'm not sure about staying at this Delta again next year, and I'll explain why.

I stayed here two nights while on business in Regina. I have previously stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham in Regina. The Delta, though not 5 star, was head and shoulders better than the Wingate. My king bed room was above average in space and cleanliness. My only complaint about the hotel is that they have no pantry area for water/snacks/toiletries. That is a must for me when I travel.
I ate at the Indigo Restaurant and thought it was good. It was a quiet night, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Prices were fine except for a few items. They have a good selection of basic burgers up to steaks and Steelhead trout. I had mushroom soup and the shrimp and sausage skewers and both were good. The service was nice.
Who wouldn't like a hotel that is attached to a mall and a casino!
The location is good and the hotel was clean and updated.
The staff was friendly. I had a nice corner room with tons of windows and a nice view that allowed me to watch the sunset each night - it's a very different experience in a flat area.

I would recommend it to my family and friends at the discount price we received.
Booked a queen suite for extra money, thinking it would provide us more room- cramped corner room with barely enough room to turn around.....,more room in the hallway going by the bathroom than the actual room itself.
The hotel had a nice pool and Signature Club. Otherwise it was expensive and unremarkable.
I would recommend this hotel to others because the location is convenient (downtown, pedway to shopping centre), and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spacious. The entrance to parkade is looking its age, but otherwise this hotel is a fantastic choice!

I stayed only a night because I was driving through Regina on my way home from Canada. The hotel staff was warm and courteous, the room was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything a traveler expects. The room was very contemporary and with a great view.
Should be recommended to friends, it was still quite satisfactory. The downside is that there is no room in the city tourist information.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have reason to go to Regina again. I highly recommend it to others.
Decent hotel. Clean. Comfortable and good view. Our expectations for this mid class hotel were met. The hotel bar and food establishment were below expectations
Wow! We have traveled from NYC to London and Dubai. Never expected to find such first class service back home in Regina. Everyone was friendly and instantly completed any requests with a positive attitude. Beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in and room service breakfast was outstanding with delicious local fare. Try the Ukrainian breakfast and the Saskatoon berry waffle!
Nice room and cosy bed on a cold snowy night. I would recommend it. Missed having a complimentary breakfast but the coffee/tea maker in the room helped.
Beautiful hotel. Clean and convenient. Had an issue with the room type between Skoosh and the hotel's reservation dept. However, it was addressed quickly and the hotel actually upgraded the room at no charge. The staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend this hotel
I would highly recommend the Delta to everyone. The beds, pillows, duvets are super cozy. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and professional.
