中国系団体が多く、中国人スタッフがレセプションにおり、親切な対応をして貰いました。ミュージカルのチケット手配や、金庫が部屋になくレセプション後方に昔ながらの金庫を紹介してくれました。

小さな町のDelta

フロントスタッフはとても親切です。建ってからだいぶ年月が過ぎていると思いますが、あまりそれを感じさせませんでした。部屋は広く清潔でした。2階のフィットネスのところに、夜9時45分まで、洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ2ドルでつかえて、とっても便利でした。洗剤は無料で使えました。Peaksが目の前で、ダウンタウンモール周辺にも歩いて5分です。都会のDeltaより少し小さいと思われるかもしれませんが、小さな町にしてはあか抜けているCityHotelという感じです。

午前中に到着したにもかかわらず、すぐチェックインして部屋を用意してくれた。 部屋は広く、スーツケース２個を開けても楽々のスペース。 部屋からハーバーも見え、防音対策もされていて快適だった。

The hotel is located with very good views. It is very conveniece to visit any places in the island. Car pool is also served and price is reasonable.

シャーロットタウンの空港からレンタカーで15分ほど。道も簡単で迷いません。海に近く、周辺にはショッピング、レストランが多数。PEIのアイスクリーム「COW's」も近くに２件あります。私が泊まった部屋は３階で、建物の屋根が窓と同じ高さであまり良い眺めではありませんでしたが、海も少し見えました。ツインベッドは快適で清潔でした。バスタブ、ハンドシャワーありで満足。コーヒーメーカーと冷蔵庫もあります。フロントの人も親切でした。ホテルの地下が駐車場でゲストは１日１７ドルです。シャーロットタウンに行くならお勧めのホテルです。ホテルの目の前のイタリアンもお勧めです。

Expecting more from a Delta Hotel

Our reservation was for a room with a king size bed. The only room available when we arrived was one with two double beds which cost $50.00 less that what we paid. Well worth the money and great location

My stay at the Delta far exceeded my expectations! The room was one of the finest I've ever stayed in anywhere! The hotel location was close to many great places to eat (Mearchant Man, Olde Dublin Pub, The Gahan House) just to name a few... The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, helpful staff,up to date room. Only negative things to say was $50.00 charge on my credit card plus parking when I checked out. I emailed the hotel and received an answer the same day telling me the $50.00 charge is standard for check in and it would be refunded within days and it was. Hotel and parking is expensive but I would stay there again.

Delta Hotel - Very Nice

Staff knocking on door

Stayed August 21st. staff knocked at door at 8;30 to tell us check-out at 10:00. I have fibromyalgia and was having a bad flare up. needed to stay in bed until the last minute. never been in a hotel (of this caliber) where staff disturbs you to tell you check out time. felt like they were rushing us out. Accessibility

When I booked this hotel through expedia.ca I was informed that expedia.ca had requested a room with handicapped accessibility. We did not have a room with accessibility to the bathroom facilities. The week-end was extremely difficult especially trying to bath a handicapped individual. Using the bathtub and toilet facilities was almost impossible.

EXPENSIVE, I felt to charge two different rates for two nights in a row was, ridiculous... and to be charged for parking on top of that was very unfair as I am a senior. The talk at the race track was that The Delta was known for abusing guests when there were special occasions in the area. Somewhat expensive, parking not included

The air conditioning unit blows right in your face when you are lying in bed. Perhaps it should be redirected. It would be nice if the daily paper was delivered to one's room . As As I was looking for one the staff offered one and the comment was made that if left on the office desk, it would be taken by other than the customers.

Little things matter.

The first night at 330 a.m. I phoned the desk as the people in the next room were loudly conversing. The Prince Edward was a great place to ride out post tropical storm at the start of our PEI vacation.

Centrally located hotel

Hotel is in the heart of the small provincial capital, and although a little overpriced was worth it for us. Staff was a very helpful and the housekeeping was first-rate.

Delta awsome

Spent 4 days in PEI and had an awsome time. The hotel was the icing on the cake as the staff were very polite, curious and ready to answer any questions. The facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access for people with disabilities. The food at the hotel restaurant was great and fresh. I would recomend this place for anyone wanting to visit or do buisness there.

Hotel was nice, easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Right on the harbour, so scenic location. Rooms are fine, ate at the outdoor patio restaurant - good but very limited menu. Would stay here again.

Staying for a week for a conference. Brand new rooms and meeting rooms. The environment is modern and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean and large. So impressed with the facilities and staff at this hotel. Stayed in a ocean view room and loved it.

The rooms are clean and comphy, the staff friendly and knowlegable about the area. It's in a fantastic location, walking distance to some good restaurants and attractions. Had a really good breakfast in the restaurant. Everything you would expect from a Delta hotel.

Recently renovated, great place to stay

I recently stayed here for one night. This hotel has just undergone renovation and all of the rooms are like new; very clean and very spacious. The hotel location is also excellent as it is right in the middle of downtown. The price was reasonable. When I return to Charlottetown this hotel will be my first choice.

Although the Delta was centrally located, I would choose another hotel next time. It wasn't that the staff aren't great, its just that the rooms are so tired. I know that they are in the midst of a refresh, but it is moving slowly.

Excellent Hotel, minutes from the waterfront!

I stayed for a week at the hotel, the staff was super friendly. There was a gym and swimming pool. There was also a mini fridge so that I could put light snacks to keep them cool. The bed was so comfy with four huge plush pillows, I had a good night sleep each night.

No dedicated valet service. The women at the front desk park and retrieve your car for you in their spare time. Not a good way to provide parking. Right on the waters edge at the end of Queen Street, no car needed to reach all the restaurants and shops around us. Love love love the location and being so close to Confederation Park and the boardwalk! (although there is some construction going on beside the hotel)

How I booked a king size room and got stuck with 3 doubles because they over booked the hotel. And apparently couldn't do anything for me, not even offer a free meal or discount or anything like other hotels would. I'm not impressed with this hotel at all Especially how I paid $279 a night ! That's a total of almost $700 dollars for 2 nights including breakfast.

Size of room was good; gym facilities very good. Location very good.

The bedroom had a moldy smell and very difficult to sleep needed to
cancel could not breath (am asthmatic) and left after the first night.
Also the drain very slow bathroom sink it was clogged and could not use
properly. Need to upgrade and maintain.

Overpriced and without breakfast at 209 Canadian dollars

I was tricket by you people. That will never happen again. I paid more
for my room by booking thru you. I told the hotel not to allow you to do
this again. It hurts there business. I will tell my friends to stay away
from your company. You wrecked a ice stay at a beautifull hotel!

The hotel staff were excellent.

Calm, peaceful, welcoming staff. A treat to have stayed especially on our 35th wedding anniversary. Actually, the Dining Room Manager, was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great location in Charlottetown-easy walk to almost anywhere. Close to the wharf, Victoria Park, etc. Very comfortable stay.

Friendly staff, great pool and exercise room. I liked that the pool was on the 2nd floor so that I didn't have to walk through or near the lobby when in a wet bathing suit. The breakfast area was very nice and comfortable. Service staff were very attentive. I also liked the extension arm mirror in the bathroom. Towels were plentiful.

Location - if you are looking for something to do at night, you probably shoudl stay in or close to Charlottetown. The Delta Prince Edward is conveniently close to the center of town, and just a short walk to the city's very nice restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.
