Hotel has an excellent location, it is part of city center mall, so you can go and dine, shop without exiting outside. Although it is little older hotel, it is clean and nice to stay. My room was looking to the mall, it was little strange to me, you couldn't even get to see weather outside.

My favourite hotel in Edmonton. Always clean and the most comfortable sleep you'll ever have. The rooms are spacious and right in the mall! Also a very large theatre upstairs that is never crowded. The place is dated and shows signs of its age with thing like marked furniture, water damage on parts of the ceilings, and worn carpets. That said, our stay was very pleasant. While showing those signs of age, everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were all extremely courteous and obliging. The buffet breakfast was delicious, delightful and delectable. It's proximity to the indoor shopping malls came in quite handy during the cold snap.

The customer service is good and very accommodating. All my needs and questions are met. The room is spacious although the downside is they don't have any microwave. The hotel served it's purpose, which was to stay somewhere close to everything. My wife and I were in Edmonton to watch the FINA Olympic Qualification Tournament, so the hotel worked out well because it was so close. It's also a short distance to the West Edmonton Mall and scenic National Parks like Elk Island.

In Edmonton for a family wedding, reception was at the Shaw Conference Centre.Loved the location and the staff bent over backwards to make my stay wonderful!Especially great was the 24 hour whirlpool that we rested our danced out legs in at three o'clock in the morning!!Car aerial stolen while parked in parkade, suggest storing non -roof mounted in car while parked there!

A comfortable, friendly stay.

The staff upgraded us to a suite, as they knew we had just had a very long flight back. The hotel is so quiet and just the perfect shopping location. Not the first time I've stayed and not the last.

Great place to stay

Just got back from a weekend getaway with 3 other women. We loved staying in the 2 queen bed suite - lots of room to hang out and visit! We thought it was great to be connected to the mall where we had plenty of choices for shopping and dining. This hotel was an excellent value; we even got free breakfast for four each morning ($14 each)! We would definitely stay here again.

Adequate downtown hotel

Room was as far from elevator as you could get. Room shape was unusual; probably was a conference room at one time. Windows looked down into mall. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wouldn't chose to stay here again.

“They should have free parking for guests, or make it so you can come and go in your vehicle, without paying $5 to come and go. Although this hotel was beautiful and I loved it!”

“This is a great hotel located downtown inside Edmonton City Centre mall. It's within walking distance of restaurants and pubs outside the mall and the mall has a few as well. There are movie theatres in the mall. The room windows face inside the mall. Great Jacuzzi!”
