Handy for the airport

I've stayed in this hotel many times and it needs a renovation. At the prices they charge, the rooms are lackluster and too basic. The staff are very nice though, and the proximity to the airport is great

I love the delta and it's proximity to the airport. My only complaint is that the pillows are too thick and very uncomfortable.

We arrived in Calgary late, never been to airport before. Courtesy air port employees directed us to walk way from airport to hotel. It was freezing out side and the walkway was a bonus.

Stay at Delta Calgary Airport

The staff were more than accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was very efficient and the food was tasty.

It doesn't get better than this

Its always nice not having to walk outside during a snow storm to get to the airport which is why we stay there the night before to avoid any problems.l found the hot tub a bit cool but relaxing . It was a wonderful stay and will use it again in the near future.

Easy access to the airport

As our flight left early, we wanted to be at the airport over night. The hotel was just across the street from the airport check in so very handy. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was easy too.

Convenience to Airport

We chooses the hotel because of it's convenience to the airport as we had an early morning departure. The hotel is very nice and even though it was a short stay we liked the hotel and would use it again for the same reason.

Nice to be right at airport

Temperature in the room waz a bit too hot and we could not change it.. Also the pop machine was completely empty. Thank goodness the ice machine worked and we were able to get ice and tap water..

Convenient for flight access.

Pool and hot tub I felt were to out in the open. Food was good. Lounge staff were excellent.

I had a few days to wait for a meeting, and everything downtown was booked solid. The Delta Calgary Airport was a pleasant place to stay, and while certainly missing the downtown convenience and activities, it was very restful. The staff in particular were excellent - I have seldom felt so welcomed!

Dirty room

My husband arrived at the hotel past midnight on a flight from Palm Springs this past Tuesday. He was given the last room upon entering the room he found it had not been cleaned. He called the front desk and was told they had no cleaning staff available but sent someone to give clean towels. He had no choice but to lie on the bed and try to get some sleep. There wasn't any extra blankets stocked in room and nothing in the desk drawers no pen and paper etc. The heating system wasn't working even after turning the temp up and giving it a couple of hours to heat up. Nice hotel at near Calgary airport

Because of winter conditions & an early flight from Calgary, we stayed at the hotel & had no worries we would miss our flight because of weather. We had a wake up call & then just walked over for our flight. The price was worth the cost.

Great Airport location

We had to fly out at 6:30 am so this location is so convenient it allowed for a much better nights sleep.

This isn't your typical airport hotel!

Stayed here the night before and night after our trip to the Dominican. Both stays were comfortable, clean and restful. The beds are very comfortable! Had excellent service in the YYC lounge too. Upon checking in, we find it pricey but nice. Then we get to our room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, very noticeable as well as beds were sloppily made and looked unkept. Very Close to the Airport

The ability to walk from the plane to the Hotel room was excellent. The dinner meal was very good and the room very clean and with excellent bedding.

Surprise birthday party

Parking was a nightmare because of construction and hot tub wasn't in working order during our stay. Breakfast buffet at Cafe was great!

Not worth the cost

The room was not worth $250+ a night. The bathroom was terribly small and my husband (who is not a big man) had to turn slightly sideways to get through the bathroom's doorway. The bed was fine. Comfortable and Convenient

Had a quick stay at the airport so it was nice to just walk to the hotel after we landed. The rooms were a little dated and there could be some renovation but it was clean and comfortable nonetheless. The staff was friendly and helpful and if we needed to stay at the airport again we would be happy to do it again.

Great for Early Morning Departures

We always stay here when we're flying out very early...and we are always very pleased with our stay. We usually order an early breakfast (cold items only from 5:00-6:00, hot items after 6:00am) and it is always fresh and delicious. We will continue to use this hotel in the future!

Short but sweet stay

Only needed the room for the night before a flight, perfect location to wake up and walk to the terminal. Curteous staff, free wifi, and can't beat location.

Clean room, modest furnishings. The staff was terrific. A courteous and friendly attendant named Ron returned our car to the rental agency, a service they offer. I frequently stay at this hotel. Perfect for overnights on a layover and great conference facilities. Service is amazing. Make sure you talk to Charlene if she is working at the front desk. She is expeditious, welcoming and takes extra effort to ensure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are incredibly luxurious.

Decent but old building

Good for a layover, wouldn't want to spend more than one night here though. Rooms and building is very old, pool is in an atrium at the lobby, chlorine headache! Inside the rooms are a very tired bathroom and closet. Bed, which is very comfortable and new flat tv and desk make it liveable.

Needed a hotel last minute. This one was available. Delta doesn't have their own parking area so you park in the parade and still pay $12.50/night. You can't beat this location. You walk out of the airport and across the street. It is pricey but when your coming off an international flight and need a good rest this is the place. The sound proofing is amazing. You would not know your at an airport

We stayed here overnight in order to get the Brewster coach to Banff.
The check in counter staff were so friendly and welcoming and we were kindly upgraded to a superior room.

Just a quick overnight in Calgary. Loved the convenience of crossing the street. The beds were super comfortable.Linens were crisp. nice.

Good Stay

Had great service by the bellmen and front desk. When I advised FD staff that I wasn't feeling well they assisted with some kind offerings. Kids complained the pool was very very cold, but the offer of cookies and milk made up for it!

I showed up early evening on a Friday without a reservation. Kayod at the front desk was extremely helpful; He was very professional and personal and he even remembered my name when I came back with a question later in the evening (despite there being a lot of people being checked in). This is the third time we have stayed here. By booking far in advance we were able to get a suite for the price of regular room . The beds and bedding have improved greatly since out last stay. The general impression of this hotel is that it desperately needs to be upgraded, especially in view of the price, i.e. 212 per night plus all the taxes. Smart hotel right on airport

Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful despite our late arrival.
Room was smart and clean with a huge desk and armchair. Very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was excellent, and breakfast service ran until 11am, a bonus.

Ideal location, good hotel with all amenities, clean, 24 hr dining. Child friendly, valet parking etc. Food was great, swimming pool access was good. Good TV programmes. We had a small problem with AC and this was promptly rectified by a portable fan. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

While a bit "tired", tis hotel is the place to stay when flying. We stayed both on arrival and departure.
Food is good, not super. They did have a great gluten free menu which got them big points from my wife.

The location is superb especially if you need to catch an early flight

Convenient if you have an early flight out of Calgary. No need to drive to the airport early. You can cross over to the airport and get your luggage tags the evening before your departure and sleep-in a half hour later! Also, the hotel paid for half the parking fee!

Excellent location! Indoor pool & spa ...perfect for weary travellers

Right from the moment the Valet met me at the front door until Ron at the Valet brought me my vehicle to leave, it was a pleasurable stay. The restaurant had wonderful food, exceptionally great service. An overall excellent stay. Thank you

Friendly welcoming attitude at check-in and check-out. Maid staff always greeted me on passing. Bed very comfortable and the Tim's coffee was a welcomed addition. Toiletries. of great quality. Convenience of being close to the Calgary Airport a added bonus. Wonderful stay!

The room was very hot. I tried turning down the heat to 18.5 but it did not make a difference. I also wish the pool was open 24 hours so that you can swim whenever you like.

Excellent place to stay before departing from Calgary's international airport. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Very helpful bell man who took our luggage right to the check in counter! Only suggestion is in regards to improving availability to room service aftern midnight.

The Steakhouse restaurant served the most delicious steak in all of our travels. It was delicious!!! The room was nice, bathroom efficient and we heard no airport noise at all. It was extremely convenient. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

Moderate hotel in convenient location

Great location for arriving and departing passengers, directly connected to the airport terminal. When I arrived the front desk clerk couldn't perform a standard check-in and had to ask a co-worker for assistance. Room was quiet and okay. Nothing special or fancy. Could use updating and new furniture as it is starting to look dated. Lots of pilots stay here.

Always hate the room closest to the elevator. The wheelchair accessible shower is not high enough for tall people. The TV's are from a prior decade.

What a disaster

I checked after midnight with the intention of eight hours sleep. The fire alarm went off twice. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The desk light was burned out. The internet didn't work. The sink was cracked. Delta should be ashamed to operate a hotel room in that condition. In my opinion it didn't rate even two stars. What a fleabag!

This is an excellent hotel. People are very friendly and attentive. You can tell the management is customer focused. It was the best value I have received at a city hotel. I would definitely do it again.

Wow i could not beleive the price i got on 2 nights. I highly recommend going through this web site for the best deals.2 nights for 31 dollars how can you beat that. The room was more than i expected, if they give deals like this all the time who can beat this?

A Complete Package at One Hotel

The Hotel was selected because of it's location at the airport. But not only was it convenient, it was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Plane noise was not significant.An added bonus was the restaurant. The service as attentive, but not over powering. The food was well prepared and a decent value. A nice touch was the Chef stopping at each table and speaking with the guests.

I choose the hotel primarily because it is right across from the airport checkin which I needed the next morning.

OKAY for a night at the airport

I needed a place at the airport and could get this or the Fairmont Palliser, downtown for the same price on-line. I will go with the Palliser next time. This is an OK place but the carpet and furniture is old and getting ragged, more like an old motel. But, I needed a place at the airport for an early morning flight and needed to give it a try. Delta Airport Hotel a pleasant surprise

I stayed at the Delta Airport hotel simply because I arrived on a very late flight and would depart on a very early flight. The hotel more than met my expectations. The service was good; the room was clean; and the restaurant was uncommonly good for an airport restaurant. At the price from Skoosh, this was an excellent value.

Delta Calgary Airport hotel very convenient

This is a great place to stay, especially when arriving in Calgary late at night or leaving early in the morning. The restaurant food was particularly enjoyable. The hotel is very good value for money.

Very convenient

When you arrive into Calgary on a late flight or have an early morning departure, the convenience of staying at the Delta Calgary Airport is wonderful. The rooms are a little small but comfortable (we had a basic room) and room service was reasonable. We didn't eat in the restaurant because of timing but the meals looked very good.

The hotel was clean,staff was helpful and the fact taht it is attached to the Calgary ariport helped quite a bit with an early morning flight. The only downside was that they did not have a flight monitor in the hotel so you had to walk into the airport to find out the status of your flight.

The hotel is very convenient for travelers with early flights since one only has a minute walk to the airport check-in desks or gates. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The price I got through Skoosh was excellent considering I stayed at the hotel during Stampede and other prices online were almost $100 more than I paid with Skoosh.
