Good hotel right in uptown of Saint John

Great hotel right in uptown Saint John. The room had a good size, we stayed there after a wedding and the place was perfect for a good rest. It's clean, and modern. The wifi worked perfectly and the vending machine in each floor is awesome for a good snack.

Great value

This hotel has comfy rooms, fast wifi, a nice pool and gym, and parking, right in the middle of downtown. Sure, it's a bit dated, but it's been kept in good condition... and comfort never goes out of style. For the price, it's hard to beat!

One of the best sleeps I've had

Friendly and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The staff was welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our suite faced away from the street and there was no noise whatsoever. This was a Signature Club room and it was exceptional. WiFi was fast and free. Would recommend.

City centre hotel

Stayed here 15th May on overnight stop while touring. City centre location so convenient for shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Fittings need updating (not as modern as Fredricton) but good value for money. Free wifi. Parking on 6th floor of multi storey but access to hotel from that floor.

Excellent stay at the Delta Saint John

Stayed at the Delta on the 28th of April. After staying at Comfort Inns, Best Western's, etc this was heaven. Had a super room with all the bells and whistles. The price matched the lower grade motels/hotels. Great bang for the buck. Will certainly use it again. Also, the staff were great and helpful.

The Delta Brunswick is in the center of "Uptown", connected to many places by an above ground pedway which is useful for bad weather. It's only a few short blocks from the old Market, King Square, Imperial Theatre and just up the hill a few blocks from the waterfront. Close to the waterfront action, terrasses, live music, good restaurants closeby and free weekend parking.... The rooms are functional and clean...no frills but good enough to go back again. Nothing is perfect of course, but it was close enough to go back again.

Our room window area (above window) was completely wet with water The dry wall was partially detached and mold could be noticed all along the window. This is obviously a health hazard. Considering that the hotel was "recently" renovated, I have don't understand why the room was in such a disastrous condition exposing guest to a health hazard as this. Photos available if required.

The location of the hotel was good for coming off the highway. There
were some nice shops close to the hotel. They gave us a map pointing out
features close by. Valet parking was only $5 more than park it yourself.

Poorly lit bathroom with no fan. Old ac unit that doesn't get room cold and is very very noisy. Closet door old, shotty and opens in way of the main door so you can't get in or out. General layout of the hotel is annoying. Above the hot tub the ceiling tiles are moldy and the air vent has visible black dust/mold all over.
