Front desk staff very accomodating and helpful. We travelled with another couple and neither room could accomodate all us for drinks and a friendly card game. The front desk staff 'opened' up the breakfast area so we could hang out and not disturb any other guests in their rooms (not that we were noisy anyways).

Needs repairs!

We couldn't get much sleep as the ventilator/heater in the room often made noise. The carpets seemed to be dirty. The mirror in the bathroom needs to be replaced as the frame looks very old. The room was very expensive for what you get - almost double the price of others nearby. Unfortunately, we had no choice because everything else was booked solid.

Was in town for only 1 night. Chose this hotel because we wanted to go to Casinorama. The only complaint we had was noise. The people in the room above us were "having fun" and we could hear everything! Oh...and it was 2:00 am. Didn't get much sleep. Sound proofing would of been an idea during construction!!

My partner and I wanted to have a nice get away at the casino without paying to much. The room was very nice, clean, and had every thing we needed. They had a shuttle to go to the casino but we decided to walk, it took us less than 5 minutes and we were in the casino. We would love to return.

My only complaint was we were in the room next to the stairs and early in the morning the door kept slamming shut. So ask for another room if that would bother you.

Non-smokers beware!!! This hotel has smoking floors and rooms. My room was so bad they sent up a deoderizer that didnt quite work. We were eventually moved but only after complaining. Front desk at check in - not good, very unprofessional. Would I go back...in a word. NO.

I stayed here for one night and had the King Sized Room Smoking with Jacuzzi. Personally I don't smoke but my boyfriend does so when we stay anywhere he smokes in the room and blows it out the window. We stayed two night at your hotel to attend the festivities of our son's wedding. We know there were a lot of our wedding guests at the hotel and to my knowledge everyone was pleased with the accommodations. We would recommend it to others.

For $160 per night I would expect a better service. Brekast was awful. No bottled water in the room and just a few channels on TV made it just an average stay.

Note that the process for swiping credit cards has some flaws.
